涨路费影响虽小　环城大道股价冲高

（吉隆坡13日讯）环城大道（Litrak，6645，主板基建股）旗下两条收费大道均將在10月15日开始涨价，虽然分析员普遍认为这对公司的影响不大，但是，该股仍应声走高，一度涨4.5%，至5.33令吉的歷来新高水平。

马银行投行分析员指出，这项最新进展將不会对环城大道的盈利预测带来显著的影响，因为之前这两条大道收取比合约既定的过路费率低之时，政府已对公司作出相应的赔偿。

大眾投行分析员指出，这项新的大道收费架构自2012年开始生效，但政府一直通过赔偿的方式，维持收费率。环城大道在2015財政年获得9000万令吉的政府赔偿金。

相反的，从之前的经验而言，过路费调高之后，马银行投行分析员反而担心交通流量短期將受到影响，更甚的是，这一次的涨幅相当的高。

分析员维持其盈利预测，这是基於白蒲大道（LDP）2016及2017財政年的交通流量各跌1%和0.2%，及吉隆坡西部疏散大道（Sprint）未来两个財政年交通流量跌1.2%及涨1.8%的预测来计算。

分析员也指出，2016財政年交通流量若比预期低，將对未来几个財政年的盈利预测带来影响。

交通流量若低於预期1%，2016至2018財政年的净利预测，將分別会减少1.6%，0.02%及0.02%。而目標价也將下修0.5仙。

大眾投行分析员指出，白蒲大道下一次的过路费调整將在2017年，1级车辆的过路费將从2.10令吉，进一步提高至3.10令吉。

不过，分析员认为，由於白蒲大道没有其他更好的替代公路，因此，交通流量將不会因为过路费上调而显著下滑。

整体而言，分析员也指出，过路费涨价將可加速白蒲大道及吉隆坡西部疏散大道的现金流，无需经过冗长的程序与等待，才获得政府的赔偿。

收益前景看好

马银行投行分析员指出，环城大道的股价年初至今已经上涨45.8%，超越其设定的4.90令吉目標价，因此，分析员將投资建议从「买入」下修至「守住」。基於收入增加，分析员也预计，该公司有望在2017年支付更高的股息，达到每股35仙，將週息率从目前的4%，推高至7%。

大眾投行维持该股「中和」评级，目標价则从4.60令吉，上修至4.70令吉。分析员认为，环城大道的优势在於稳定的收益前景，强劲的现金流，以及特许经营合约下，过路费持续调升带来的成长。

MIDF研究分析员则指出，吉隆坡西部疏散大道这一次的过路费涨幅达到72%，超越其预测，因此，分析员將吉隆坡西部疏散大道2016及2017財政年的盈利贡献分別上调21.5%及43%。分析员维持「买入」建议，目標价则从5.07令吉，上调至5.84令吉。【东方网财经】

受大道收費起價導致交通流量減少影響，第3季營業額跌3.5%至9289萬令吉。

該公司首9個月淨利按年增13.7%，至1億1913萬令吉，受惠于260萬令吉較高利息收入，以及西部疏散大道（SPRINT）貢獻1190萬令吉盈利，比較去年同期虧損220萬令吉。

流量面對捷運威脅‧環城大道財測下修

（吉隆坡8日訊）環城大道（LITRAK,6645,主板基建計劃組）旗下兩條收費大道——白蒲大道（LDP）及西部疏散大道（Sprint）可能面對新公共交通基建啟用後所帶來的威脅，馬銀行研究預期未來兩年大道的交通流量成長將持平。

同時，受調高過路費帶動，馬銀行研究預期環城大道截至2016財年（3月結賬）第四季淨利按季可成長17至31%，至4千300萬至4千800萬令吉。

馬銀行研究表示，LDP去年10月15日調高過路費之後，平均每週交通流量下跌6.8%，過後開始復甦，比調漲前只減少4%。

該行認為環城大道2016年交通流量只下跌1%，並相信此預測是可達致的。在調高過路費後，預料環城大道將交出強勁的第四季業績。

短期內，環城大道旗下的兩條大道（L D P和SPRINT），可能面對新公共交通基建的威脅，包括巴生河流域輕快鐵二線（KVLRT2）和捷運一線（KVMRT1），這兩項公共交通基建將於未來12至15個月開始運作。該行的財測已部份反映了這些因素。

該行預測環城大道2017至2018財年的交通流量成長持平，同時估計若交通流量全年每下跌1%，2017至2018年財測將下調1.8%。

儘管交通流量面對威脅，但馬銀行研究預期環城大道將派發出色股息。

答：截至2015年12月31日為止第三季，該公司淨利為3千676萬1千令吉（每股淨利為7.04仙），前期淨利為3千565萬4千令吉（每股淨利為6.92仙）。營業額則為9千288萬8千令吉，前期為9千622萬2千令吉。

該公司在第三季派發每股10仙股息。

該公司首9個月的淨利為1億1千912萬5千令吉（每股淨利為22.93仙），前期淨利為1億零479萬7千令吉（每股淨利為20.34仙）。而營業額為2億8千459萬1千令吉，前期為2億8千691萬1千令吉。

至於接下來的第四季業務展望，馬銀行研究在今年4月8日的報告中指出，該公司旗下白沙羅蒲種大道（LDP）在2015年10月提高過路費，使汽車流量下跌，不過，至今的跌勢已經慢慢恢復正常。

預料第四季業績表現強勁，特別是從2016年1月1日正式將過路費提高約47%。短期流量可能受到負面影響。該公司每年慷慨派發股息，實是支持其股價的其中一個主要因素。

該公司全年淨利達1億7410萬令吉，按年攀升26.3%；營業額起9.3%至4億1624萬令吉。

環城公路向馬證交所報備說，政府決定展延原定今年1月1日實施的大道收費，因此需賠償公司營業額虧損。

（吉隆坡18日讯）分析员看好环城控股（LITRAK，6645，主板基建股）旗下白蒲大道（LDP）过路费涨价后，可推高本财年的净利按年大涨50%，并可派发更高息。

马银行投行分析员在报告中指出，环城控股上财年净利按年增26%，归功于白蒲大道过路费从年初开始调涨48%，至3.10令吉，抵消车流量减少的冲击。

“在今年提高收费的白蒲大道，在收费站的实际收费并未增加，因政府将准备资金，赔偿给环城控股。”

周息率可达6.3%

分析员续称，白蒲大道的资本开销需求较少，因此自由流动现金可处于强稳水平，加上环城控股现财年净利有望录得增长，相信公司会派发更多股息。

“白蒲大道是环城控股主要的股息贡献来源。此外，相信政府会准时赔偿给公司，所以，这将推高手持现金，有望提振派息表现。”

因此，根据过去70%的平均派息率，分析员把公司今明年的每股股息预测，提高40%，至每股35仙。

分析员也认为，在白蒲大道特许经营权于2024财年截止前，公司具有维持每年派息35仙的能力。

基于这些因素，分析员将环城控股目标价调涨24%，至6.10令吉，评级调高至“买入”。

“据此目标价，潜在周息率仍企于5.7%的良好水平，超越产业信托领域今年的5.1%平均周息率。”

而该股目前的股价企于5.60令吉，相信可带来6.3%周息率，以及9%的总回酬。

车流量增 成本下滑西部疏散大道盈利改善

至于公司持有50%的西部疏散大道（Sprint Highway），上财年净利贡献按年挫95%，因车流量走低和维修成本攀升。

“展望2017财年，虽然巴生谷轻快铁第二路线（LRT2）在今年中全面开跑，将拖累白蒲大道车流量微跌0.2%，但该大道还是可显著推高公司净利。”

此外，随着车流量回扬和成本下滑，西部疏散大道盈利也将恢复到正常水平。

（吉隆坡30日讯）鉴于白蒲大道（LDP）今年初调涨大道收费推高收入，Lingkaran Trans Kota Holdings Bhd（Litrak）2017财政年首季净利按年跳涨40.47%至6109万令吉，或每股11.68仙，同期净利为4349万令吉或每股8.42仙。

该集团2017财年首季（截至2016年6月30日）营业额劲扬41.43%至1亿3602万令吉，同期录得9617万令吉，主要因为白蒲大道调涨收费推高当季营业额。

董事部已批准在截至2017年3月31日的财年，派发每股10仙的单层中期股息，惟仍未公布派息日和除权日（ex-date）。相较于上财年同期，该公司派发每股15仙单层中期股息。

根据大道特许经营权协议，白蒲大道定于2016年1月1日调涨过路费。然而，政府已决定推迟调涨过路费，直至另行通知。因此，政府需就延迟调涨过路费而对Litrak作出赔偿。

过路费调高．环城大道次季多赚52%

（吉隆坡29日讯）受过路费调高推动，环城大道（LITRAK，6645，主板基建计划组）截至2016年9月30日次季止，净利按年增加51.59%至5893万1000令吉，首6个月累积净利报1亿2001万8000令吉，上涨45.72%。

该公司预计可在车流量增长推动下，业绩再得提升。

次季营业额上扬38.58%至1亿3238万4000令吉，首半年营收涨升40.01%，至2亿6840万4000令吉。

该公司发文告表示，次季净利因开斋节及国庆日而降低的特价过路费，及佳节期间削减的车流量，故此相对同年首季较低。尽管如此，按年而言，该公司现季营收之所以得到强劲提升，可归因于今年年初如期调高的白蒲大道（LDP）过路费。

因政府表决推延过白蒲大道路费涨价计划，该公司将因此延期所致的亏损，获取政府赔偿金。

收入减．维修高．环城大道末季少赚10%

（吉隆坡30日讯）受高维修开销、西部疏散大道（Sprint）亏损和大道收入减少影响，环城大道（LITRAK，6645，主板基建计划组）截至2017年3月31日第四季净利减少9.63%至4967万9000令吉，但全年净利仍上涨26.96%至2亿2103万4000令吉。

末季营业额略减0.37%至1亿3116万2000令吉，但全年营业额仍走扬28.35%至5亿3423万5000令吉。

该公司发文告表示，根据特许经营权协议，收费大道过路费理应从2016年1月起调涨，但政府却决定展延至另行通知为止，因此需要向环城大道公司（LITRAK）私人有限公司营收损失进行赔偿。
