Acma Ltd was incorporated in the Republic of Singapore in 1965. The principal activities of the Company and the Group include:

The manufacture and marketing of proprietary fuel saving products for the shipping and land transport industry.
The manufacture of moulds and precision plastic components.
Distribution of HVAC equipment

The Group's mould making and plastic injection facilities are located in Xiamen and Dongguan, China. Its mould manufacturing activities cater mainly for the European and North American automotive market and its end-customers have included leading automakers such as Audi, BMW, Daimler, Ford, Opel, Mercedes, Porsche, Peugeot, Saab, Volkswagen and Volvo.

In recent years, the Group has diversified its business interests to include the provision of fuel saving technologies. These interests are carried out through its 49% owned associated company, Neftech Pte Ltd ("Neftech"), and its 20% owned associated company, Femto Pte Ltd ("Femto"). With the price of oil expected to remain high, the Group believes there is significant opportunity for Neftech and Femto to market their technologies.

Neftech has developed its own proprietary cavitation technology which is applied to produce a more efficient fuel for the shipping sector whilst Femto is involved in the manufacture and sale of its proprietary nano-technology additives. Its nano-sized additives are added to improve the performance characteristics of lubricating oil and in the process, achieve a significant reduction in fuel oil consumption. Neftech has already successfully market its technology to two of the world's leading shipping lines. In addition, it has also adapted nano-technology additives sold by its fellow associated company, Femto, for use by the shipping industry which consumes over USD200 billion of fuel annually*. The price of fuel often accounts for over 50% of the operating cost of shipping lines and therefore reducing fuel consumption is expected to be a priority for the shipping industry.
