Through our subsidiaries, Libra Group is principally engaged in the business of providing integrated M&E services as a sub-contractor, including the contracting and installation of ACMV (Air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation) systems, fire alarms and fire protection systems, electrical systems, and sanitary and plumbing systems as well as the manufacturing and sale of ACMV ducts and the trading of ACMV related products.

With our fully automated manufacturing facility, we have the capability to provide customised ACMV ducts to addition and alteration projects as well as new developments for a wide range of building types including residential properties such as condominiums, industrial properties like factories and warehouses as well as commercial developments which include hotels, museum, park, spa and gym, shopping malls, hawker centres and educational institutions. Our Group is one of the three largest manufacturers of ACMV ducts in Singapore. Along with our ducts, we use our own products, for example Libraaire, as well as our PSB tested products like Libraseal and Libra Gasket Tape.

Kin Xin Engineering had achieved ISO 9001:2008 in design, supply, installation, testing and commission of M&E services since 2010 and are committed to provide quality products and services which we believe will ensure customer satisfaction, as evidenced by regular flow of repeat businesses. As a testament of having established and applied a Quaity Management System, Libra Engineering also obtained ISO 9001:2008 for fabrication of ACMV ducting and sales of ACMV accessories in 2010.
