TEE International Limited, the engineering and integrated real-estate group, said its wholly-owned subsidiary has signed a Letter of Intent with Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co. for the delivery of a $142 million Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Package for the Marina South Mixed Development (IJV) (SION) Project.

Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd, who leads a consortium of builders, was awarded the main contract for the construction of Marina One in early September 2013.

Together with the Marina One M&E Package, the Group current outstanding order book stands at $317 million.

TEE International signs MOU to explore renewable energy business in Indochina

TEE International said subsidiary, TEE Infrastructure Private Limited, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Loxley with a view to explore opportunities in renewable energy business and related activities in the Indochina region.

The MOU, which was signed during the Singapore International Energy Week (SIEW), states that TEE and Loxley will jointly evaluate and possibly engage in prospective energy and related businesses in the Indochina region. Coverage of the signed MOU includes feasibility studies to identify potential opportunities and follow up with a definitive agreement for each viable project.

Loxley is listed in Thailand. The company has six business groups: ICT business group, Technology business group, Projects business group, Trading business group, Services business group, Joint Venture business group.
