About China Animal Healthcare
Based in the PRC, China Animal Healthcare Ltd. is a leading animal drug manufacturer focusing on the manufacture, sale and distribution of compound chemical drugs (comprising powdered drugs and injection drugs) and biological drugs (comprising Mandatory Vaccines and non-Mandatory Vaccines) for poultry and livestock in the PRC. The Group also produces additives a lesser extent.

The Group markets and sells 452 types of compound chemical drug products, 44 biological drug products and 37 additive products under 13 self-developed brands, which are sold to approximately 4,900 animal drug retailers, 32 large poultry enterprises in the PRC (except Qinghai and Tibet), and via government tenders to various regional government animal disease control centres in the PRC.

Operating out of four regional offices in the PRC, the Group has five production facilities located in Beijing, Shijiazhuang and Shenzhou in Hebei Province, Jinzhong in Shanxi Province and Hohhot in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The Group has a total of 22 production lines located in these production facilities, 17 of which are used for manufacturing various kinds of animal drugs and are GMP-certified, five of which are used for the manufacturing of additives and are not applicable for GMP-certification.

Founded in 1996, the Company with its animal drug business has been listed on the SGX-ST since 31 December 2007 and SEHK since 21 December 2010.
