Internet Technology Group Limited was incorporated on 10 April 2000 under the former name Elmyra Investments Pte Ltd. It was listed on the Singapore Exchange Limited on 19 July 2000.
It is an internet operating and investment holding company primarily engaged in managing and operating a network of market makers and infrastructure service providers that enable B2B e-commerce in the Asia Pacific region. The Company owns direct and indirect interests in B2B e-commerce companies, which are being referred to as Partner Companies.
Most of the Partner Companies are either:
- Market makers, that enable buyers and sellers to exchange goods, services and information over the Internet platform; or
- Infrastructure service providers, that offer assistance such as professional consulting advice and technological software to businesses engaged in e-commerce.
In year 2007, The Company explored into new businesses and has acquired interest into a piece of land in Nanchang County, Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, PRC. Currently, Internet Technology Group Limited has two divisions mainly in Investments (IT and Directories) and Property Development. The Company plans to make property development one of its new businesses to generate future revenue streams for the Group and to enhance the Shareholders’ value.
