The Company regrets to announce that a fire incident had occurred at its Timber Complex belonging to its wholly owned subsidiary, Lionvest Corporation (Pahang) Sdn. Bhd. ("Lionvest") located at Bandar Tun Abdul Razak, Jengka, Pahang Darul Makmur. The incident occured on Saturday evening, 7th. September 2019 and only affected 1 block of the 3 storey office building located within the Timber Complex. All documents, computers, furniture, office equipment and others belonging to Lionvest stored in the office building were destroyed during the fire. The fire department and insurance company representatives are still conducting investigation to determine the cause of the fire. All assets are adequately covered by insurance. The Company has yet to ascertain the financial and operational impact of the incident, however wishes to inform that the incident does not affect the processing and manufacturing capabilities of the Company. The Company will update the Bursa on the financial impact upon completion of the investigation and assessment by our internal team,insurance company and the authorities. This announcement is dated on 10th. September 2019.

Description	Minho (M) Bhd. ("Minho" or "the Company") - COVID 19 PANDEMIC-TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF TIMBER COMPLEX IN BANDAR PUSAT JENGKA, PAHANG DARUL MAKMUR.
The Company wishes to announce that the Timber Complex belonging to its wholly owned subsidiary, Lionvest Corporation (Pahang) Sdn. Bhd. ("Lionvest") located at Bandar Tun Abdul Razak, Jengka, Pahang Darul Makmur have been temporary closed by the authorities due to the Covid 19 pandemic outbreak. On 31 May 2020, the Director General of Health, Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah announced that another six cases were detected at a sawmill in Maran. Following the announcement, on Tuesday, 2 June 2020, a team of government officials lead by the Minister of Health, Dato’ Sri Dr Adham Baba, Director General of Health, Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah and other high ranking officials from the Pahang State Government including Maran District Police Officer, DSP Norzamri Abd Rahman visited Lionvest Timber Complex to investigate the source of the virus infection. The Ministry of Health has temporary sealed off the Timber Complex for quarantine and disinfection process and all workers were sent to quarantine center. LIonvest Timber Complex comprises of four sawmills, a plywood mill and wood fibre processing mill. The Company wishes to inform that all mills in the Timber Complex are rented and operated by third party. All the workers that were detained and sent to quarantine center worked for the tenants. 该集团表示，Lionvest木材厂有4座锯木厂、一座胶合板厂和木材纤维加工厂。

该集团补充，在木材厂内的所有厂房都是由第三方租用和营运的。

“所有被拘留并送往检疫中心的工人都是为租户工作的。”

He has been the Chairman of the Timber Kilning Association of Selangor since 1990, the former Chairman of Malaysian Wood Moulding and Joinery Council from 2008-2012 and currently is the managing director of Victory Enterprise Sdn.
