（吉隆坡7日彭博電）去年第四季從80仙起步的萬發成（BHS,7241,主板貿服組），邊跑邊休息，週一（7日）成功改寫新高，一度飆上2令吉18仙。

萬發成稍漲1仙以1令吉91仙開盤後，穩步衝向2令吉18仙，強升28仙或14.7%，過後略為喘息，站穩2令吉17仙收盤，全天猛漲27仙或14.2%，成交量報104萬8千500股。

以去年第四季的80仙算起，萬發成不到一年就上漲了1令吉37仙，漲幅超過1.7倍，令人刮目相看。

大股東動向引關注

萬發成股價攀升之際，大股東劉世英（音譯）的動向耐人尋味，陸續出清股權後，一個月內卻重新入主，態度曖昧。

根據2013年常年報告，截至2013年10月28日，劉世英的直接和間接持股各達5.89%和47.48%。

交易所數據顯示，來到今年6月13日，劉世英在脫售200萬股後，不再掌握任何股權，不過，上週三（2日）他再以1令吉90仙買下萬發成的1萬股。

萬發成向來“沉默似金”，最近一次企業活動是今年4月初，宣佈以988萬5千648令吉脫售多項資產予劉世英和執行董事王文成，以集資收購其他業務和籌集營運資本。（ 星洲日報／財經）

今早接UMA的万发成，在晚间回复时指出，上周四曾发布文告指，若股东通过卖地和脱售新加坡子公司计划，将可获900万令吉，未来将用于收购其他资产。

另外，公司认为，近期出现大股东变动，可能促进交易活动，激励股价走高。

该股今日创下上市以来新高，为2.71令吉，闭市收窄至2.65令吉，扬12仙，或4.74%，成交量有203万6300股。

上月底，该公司迎来新大股东李华成（译音），直接和间接持有共5.69%股权。

万发成向马交所报备，Pelaburan Mara在7月22日通过场外交易，收购万发成600万股，相等于缴足资本的8.32%。

该股今天上扬1仙或36%，闭市报2.80令吉，成交量达到14万2100股。该股7月17日创上市以来最高水平2.97令吉。

看好绿色科技 传玛拉欲再增持万发成

（吉隆坡8日讯）市场传言，玛拉机构（MARA）投资与资产管理臂膀Pelaburan Mara，有意进一步增持万发成（BHS，7241，主板贸服股）的股权。

《星报》引述不具名消息，称PelaburanMara持股权增加，成为万发成的策略投资者，有助于加速万发成的扩展计划。

消息指，PelaburanMara有意收购万发成额外900万股，把持股量推高至1500万股。

该机构增持后，持股权将从8.32%提高到18%。

该机构内部原定掌握万发成15至18%。

该机构7月22日通过场外交易，收购万发成600万股，相等于缴足资本的8.32%。

消息说：“这只是Pelaburan Mara一般策略投资，主要是看好（万发成的）绿色科技具有极大潜能。”

他补充，万发成对该机构最大的吸引力，是在于有机会投资在绿色科技。

只持股不插手管理

万发成目前核心业务是商业印刷包括杂志、课本、年报等。

公司接下来将多元化业务，打入再生生物质能和产业发展。

他也提到，Pelaburan Mara只是有兴趣持股，不会插手管理层。

“这只是该机构增加科技方面的投资。

另一方面，万发成也需要策略投资者或伙伴，以向种植公司索取原料。”

万发成需要使用棕油树的空果串，制造出纸浆。

透过PelaburanMara的关系，万发成有机会接洽官联种植公司，如土展创投（FGV，5222，主板种植股）和莫实得种植（BPLANT，5254，主板种植股），取得提炼棕油的废料。

委新主席

此外，万发成向马交所报备，委任拿督苏海米沙哈丹为非独立非执行主席。

现年45岁的苏海米沙哈丹，除了是Pelaburan Mara公司现任主席外，也担任大众控股（PDZ，6254，主板贸服股）和一家面（EKA，7182，主板消费产品股）的主席，也兼任大马统一合作（KUB，6874，主板贸服股）的独立非执行董事。【南洋网财经】

万发成工业是在今日向大马交易所作出有关的呈报，联邦土地局目前已经崛起成为该公司的大股东。

万发成工业是一家投资控股公司，涉足印刷业务，主要从事杂誌及学校教科书、一般刊物、企业年报、小册子等印刷工作。该公司也为外国出版社印刷书籍。

根据《彭博社》资料，万发成工业的原有大股东包括，玛拉投资有限公司，持股18%；而第2大股东是林添发，持有17.48%股权。

该股今年7月初，股价突然大幅走高，从7月4日闭市的1.90令吉，飆升至17日的2.94令吉，过后，就一直在2.90令吉上下游走，9日闭市收在2.85令吉。

（吉隆坡22日訊）有消息指萬發成（BHS，7241，主要板貿服）計劃發送紅股和拆細股票，以提振市場流通量，推動公司股價今日上探3.23令吉歷史新高價位。

萬發成早盤以2.97令吉開市，休市掛3.16令吉，大漲30仙，為十大上升股之一。該股在午盤持續上升動力，大漲37仙至3.23令吉歷史新高水平，閉市收在3.30令吉，漲44仙或15%，成交量215萬8100股。

根據《星報》引述消息人士稱，萬發成將進行企業活動，包括以1送1配額派發紅股，並在股票拆細后，即每股拆細成4股后將獲送3張憑單。

“萬發成同時亦會派發每股15仙股息，每股面值為50仙。”

同時，公司管理層亦打算在近期內籌集資金。

近期籌集資金

萬發成在近幾個月吸引國家相關基金，如瑪拉投資有限公司（PMB）和聯邦土地發展局（FELDA）的投資興趣。這些基金相信是對萬發成多元化至再生生物質（biomass）業務，以及成為綜合房產發展和政府建築業者計劃感興趣。

根據馬證交所文告顯示，瑪拉投資于7月間，通過場外交易以每股2.70令吉向公司主席兼董事經理王宋坤收購600萬股股票。此后，瑪拉投資持有公司8.32%股權晉升為主要股東，而王宋坤則不再是公司主要股東。

據稱，瑪拉投資有意增持萬發成股權至18%。

兩周前，聯邦土地發展局購入萬發成800萬股股票，或11.1%股權，成為公司主要股東之一。

（吉隆坡23日訊）萬發成（BHS,7241,主板貿服組）坦言有意進行紅股和股票分拆計劃，但強調尚未作出最後決定。

該公司是針對媒體報道指該公司有意展開紅股和股票分拆，作出上述回應。

萬發成董事部透過文告中說：“管理層確實有意在仔細評估各提案後，分階段落實紅股和股票分拆計劃，但董事部至今尚未慎重考慮或討論有關意願，最終建議內容也可能與報道所提及的有所不同。”

董事部還補充，公司將加速委任相關專業人士，替各種計劃提供顧問和研究服務，包括紅股和拆股計劃。

（吉隆坡22日訊）為了獎勵現有股東和改善股票流通量，萬發成（BHS，7241，主要板貿服）建議每持1股現有股，派送1股紅股；每持45股現有股，獲派2股庫存股，並分拆股票。

萬發成向馬證交所報備，建議發行8000萬股紅股，即每持有1股現有股派送1紅股；同時發行340萬1111股庫存股 ，持有45股現有股派發2股庫存股，除權日將在之后宣佈。

在紅股派送和庫存股發行計劃完成后，萬發成繳足資本將增至1.6億股，並將進行分拆股票，把每股面值50仙股票，分拆成2股，每股面值25仙，屆時公司繳足資本則達3.2億股。

根據報備文告，萬發成估計會在明年首季完成上述企業活動。
