HALCYON Agri Corporation (HAC) is an integrated producer and merchandiser of Technically Specified Rubber (TSR) of Indonesian origin also known as Standard Indonesian Rubber (SIR), which is the most widely used grade of natural rubber for the purpose of manufacturing vehicle tires.

HALCYON Agri Corporation operates through 2 business units, namely:

--Hevea Global which functions as the merchandising and risk management arm. It is run by a seasoned management team with collectively more than 80 years experience in the Natural Rubber industry.

Based in Singapore, Hevea Global is able to leverage its strategic location and established logistics infrastructure as a global purchasing hub for Natural Rubber and thereby serve its clients effectively. It also has the ability to acquire first-hand market intelligence on market dynamics and Natural Rubber flows, providing the HAC Group with real-time market intelligence and enhanced price discovery capabilities.

--Hevea Processing was incorporated in Singapore for the purpose of being the holding company of PT Hevea, which owns and operates two factories in Palembang, Indonesia. PT Hevea is a significant processor of Natural Rubber in Indonesia, and one of the largest rubber producers in Palembang.

HAC Group is also committed to implementing corporate social and environmental responsibility management techniques and principles throughout its Natural Rubber supply chain. Based on its unique know-how in processing SIR20VK rubber, and being at the forefront of the development of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in the Natural Rubber industry, the HAC Group is generally able to market its production to leading tire manufacturers via long-term-supply contracts that are priced at a premium to the prevailing futures market price.

Halcyon Agri Corp为收购土地及相关资产而与Forlenza Investments、Jewel Castle及Laveyne签署了条款书。公司将全面收购的JFL Agro及全资子公司拥有位于马来西亚吉兰丹州的一幅99年租赁土地和相关的产业、厂房、汽车、设备和机械。买卖双方是在公正与自愿的情况下，按该土地的1万6,061.9英亩可种植面积及8,265.4英亩非种植面积而得出1亿3,100万令吉的收购额。收购的细节有待敲定，而收购额或会在可种植部份的土地测量工作完成后有所修改。

启示：上述收购建议象征着公司向大马橡胶供应链上游发展的一大策略行动，并将对它最近收购集南成(Chip Lam Seng)在大马的橡胶加工厂起着相辅相成的效益。把该土地发展为橡胶园也与公司致力于长期维持业务的目标相符。
