We are pleased to announce that we have changed our company’s name from HLN Technologies Limited to Sinjia Land Limited (“Sinjia”).

The name change is attributable to the significant development of our business activities which now includes property industry far beyond the traditional HLN elastomeric / polymeric activities. There is no change to the business / name of our subsidiaries.

Sinjia has undertaken property development and investment as a long-term growth direction for the Group. Currently, the Company is also exploring options with various experienced parties in the property business in Australia & Malaysia.

We also manufactures and supplies a wide range of customised elastomeric and polymeric components to a variety of industries, principally the office automation, consumer electronics and automotive industries in the fast growing countries of Asia.

To achieve its vision of becoming a global one-stop solutions provider for integrated mechanical components, Sinjia has developed strong production capabilities, including in-house material formulation and compounding, to produce key raw materials, precision molding of elastomeric components, polymeric die-cutting, as well as customised sawing of metallic material.

The Group supports its broad base of customers in the region through its operating subsidiaries located in Singapore, Indonesia (Batam), Malaysia (Johor) and the People’s Republic of China or PRC (Suzhou).

The Group was incorporated in Singapore on 26 February 2004. It was listed on the SGX-ST CATALIST (formerly “SESDAQ”) on 25 November 2005 and subsequently upgraded to the SGXST Main Board on 22 January 2008.
