金声能源与印尼油气钻台营运商组1亿3,000万美元的合资

金声能源(KS Energy)宣布，它与印尼油气钻台营运商PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia组合资，以在印尼拥有和营运钻台。合资公司将接手双方现有的合作关系下的营运，并将在印尼争取更多新合约，以进一步巩固公司在印尼油气市场的地位。双方将合作经营的钻台总值约1亿3,000万美元。双方目前在一份价值9,800万美元的合约下为一家大型石油公司联合营运两座高规格的陆上钻台。在另外一份价值8,760万美元的合约下，双方为印尼西马杜拉(West Madura)油田营运一座岸外升降式钻台。

启示：印尼正致力于提高其油气产量。上述合作将让公司在印尼钻油领域中争取分得更大一杯羹的机会。
