Advanced Integrated Manufacturing Corp. Ltd. (AIM Corp) is an electronics manufacturing services ("EMS") provider, with more than 18 years' experience specialising in medium to highend performance-critical applications. The Group services original equipment manufacturers/ multinational corporations ("OEM/MNCs") mainly in the Aerospace-avionics, Medical/Life and Analytical Science industries.

Founded in 1994, our principal business activities include performance-critical printed circuit board assembly ("PCBA"), box-build assembly and electromechanical sub-assembly in supply chain management and after-sales services.

In February 2011, the Group entered into an acquisition agreement with New Century Aerospace Pte. Ltd. ("NCA") to strengthen its offering as a one-stop integrated supply chain solutions provider of precision machined components ("PMC") to all customers. The Group capabilities were further enhanced during the 4th Quarter of 2011 with another two acquisition exercises carried out with Guarantee Industries Engineering Pte Ltd and Micro-Technics Engineering.

As part of the Group's vertical integration plan, we entered into another acquisition with Colbree Precision Ltd ("Colbree") in March 2012. Colbree is a manufacturing company of Precision Metal Components incorporated in the United Kingdom and Thailand, specializing in computer numerical control ("CNC") miling, CNC turning, CNC sheet metalwork and details presswork. The Colbree Group of Companies services OEM/MNCs mainly in the Aerospace-avionics, Metal, Automotives and Telecommunication industries. This acquisition will allow the Group to expand its current business coverage within the Aerospace-avionics and Medical/Life and Analytical Science industries and penetrate into the Automotives industry.
