61岁的吴佑若，因要退休和追求个人理想，而做出辞职决定。

56岁的陈铿铭，在2010年4月加入集团独资子公司———TCIM私人有限公司，曾担任执行董事一职，在行内拥有18年经验。

另外，该公司也委任拿汀刘雪梅（译音）为执行董事，由本月1日起生效。

華利山陳唱第3季轉盈

（吉隆坡17日訊）汽車業務錄得高銷售，使華利山陳唱（WARISAN，5016，主要板貿服）第3季得以轉虧為盈，獲利336萬8000令吉。

截至9月底第3季，該公司營業額按年揚升8.9%，報1億2203萬令吉，相較上財年同期虧損218萬6000令吉，本季獲利336萬8000令吉。

華利山陳唱在馬證交所報備文件指出，除了汽車業務銷售改善，旅遊與租金業務的營運成本降低，亦是促使公司得以扭轉乾坤的主因。

不過華利山陳唱首9個月營業額告跌，按年下滑4.7%至3億4024萬令吉，並虧損36萬3000令吉。

該公司認為，國內經商環境持續具挑戰，加上令吉貶值，短期前景謹慎，但公司將持續加強營銷策略，致力提高生產力減低營運成本，長期前景仍看俏。

此外，配合上市條例，華利山陳唱為坐落在八打靈再也綜合辦公樓與倉庫的建築物進行重估，獲得130萬令吉重估盈余，料將提高截至12月底2015財年的淨資產值2仙。【中国报财经】

瓦里山陈唱建议45万 购GoCar Mobility 55%

（吉隆坡15日讯）瓦里山陈唱控股（WARISAN，5016，主板贸服股）建议，以45万令吉收购GoCar Mobility私人有限公司（GCMSB）的55%股权，以巩固出租汽车业务。

根据文告，瓦里山陈唱控股独资子公司Mayflower Acme Tours（MATSB），上周五（12日）签署相关协议，购入这批股权。

其中，公司会向Ideal Force收购GCMSB的1万股或5%股权，以及认购GCMSB的10万股新股，相等于50%股权。

这家旅游服务供应商今日向大马交易所报备，联营是区域扩张计划的一部分，以在泰国曼谷成立一家旅行与旅游公司，提供一系列的服务，包括票务、入境、出境和公司奖励旅游。

“本集团对泰国的旅游业持乐观态度，并扩大在区域市场的据点。”

华丽山陈唱控股通过子公司分销化妆品、内衣物、重型设备与机械，以及电讯设备。此外，也提供个人护理和美发服务、设备租赁、旅游、租车和机票服务。

答：先探探华丽山陈唱最新业绩表现，截至2016年9月30日为止第三季，该公司净亏损为96万2000令吉（每股净亏为1.48仙），前期净利为336万8000令吉（每股净利为5.17仙）。第三季营业额为1亿零551万3000令吉，前期为1亿2203万1000令吉。

首9个月的净亏损为429万2000令吉（每股净亏6.59仙），较前期净亏损为36万3000令吉（每股净亏0.56仙）。

该公司旗下主要业务，包括机械、旅游及租车、汽车、以及联营化妆品及女性内衣领域。
