（吉隆坡20日讯）民泰工业（MINTYE，5886，主板消费产品股）截至10月杪现财年第三季净利按年涨升95.74%，至87万3000令吉，高于上财年同期为44万6000令吉。

营业额按年上升12.02%，报1230万4000令吉，上财年同期为1098万4000令吉。

民泰工业首9个月净利，报273万6000令吉，逊于上财年同期的443万2000令吉，跌幅为38.27%。

相比于上财年的4045万2000令吉，公司首9个月营业额按年滑落11.65%，录得3574万令吉。

民泰工业并未解释带动第三季业绩报捷的因素，但提到首9个月表现失色，主要因出口销量疲弱，以及人手不足影响产量。

该公司表示，全球经商环境依然极具挑战，燃油涨价、最低薪金制和即将落实的电费涨价，压缩公司赚幅。[南洋网财经]

累计首9个月，首季和次季的交货量提高，推动营业额扬10.38%，至3945万令吉；净利则报247万令吉或4.07仙，挫9.58%。

民泰第三季净利扬2.91倍

（吉隆坡18日讯）受益于令吉走低和出口量增加，民泰工业（MINTYE，5886，主板消费产品股）截至10月31日的第三季营收双双报捷。

该公司第三季净利获得2.91倍增长，从上财年同期的57万4000令吉，增至224万6000令吉或每股盈利3.69仙。

营业额增长16.34%至1335万4000令吉，优于上财年同期的1147万8000令吉。

此外，累积三个季度的净利表现也出色，按年增长66.7%至412万4000令吉；而营业额却萎缩5.3%，至3734万4000令吉。

民泰工業 轉移上市地位予MB

（吉隆坡18日訊）民泰工業（MINTYE,5886,主板消費品組）建議調整上市架構，把上市地位轉讓給新成立控股公司（MB），自己則轉作MB獨資子公司。

轉作MB獨資子公司 現有股東1換1MB股票

該公司透過文告說，在把上市地位轉讓給MB後，現有股東的股票也會以1換1比例，被轉換成MB股票，權益不受任何影響。

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Mintye (“Board”), Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company intends to implement a proposed internal reorganisation by way of a members’ scheme of arrangement under Section 176 of the Act (“Proposed Internal Reorganisation”) comprising the following proposals:- (I) proposed share exchange of the entire issued and fully paid-up share capital of Mintye comprising 60,800,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in Mintye (“Mintye Share”) with 60,800,000 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in Mintye Berhad, a new investment holding company (“MB”) (“MB Share”) on the basis of one (1) new MB Share for every one (1) existing Mintye Share held as at an entitlement date to be determined and announced by the Board (“Proposed Share Exchange”); and (II) proposed transfer of the listing status of Mintye to MB and the admission of MB to and withdrawal of Mintye from the Official List of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), with the listing of and quotation for the entire MB Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities. The Company has today entered into a conditional scheme agreement with MB for the purpose of the Proposed Internal Reorganisation.
