中国每年的水需求量在2030年之前预计将达到8,180亿立方米，而它可能缺少1,999亿立方米的供应量。为了解决这个问题，中国政府为水务基建拨出了4万亿人民币的开支预算。《股市资讯》最近访问了上海实业环境控股(SIIC Environment Holdings)的主席周军，以对这家企业及污水处理领域有更深入的了解。

公司在FY10被上海实业控股收购之后，其每日处理的总水量增加了100万吨至390万吨。公司在2012年11月成功地从凯利板转移至主板交易，反映了其业务有所增长。

在过去三年，公司进行了多宗收购交易，使其拥有的污水处理厂从FY10的10座增加至目前的42座。周军说：“公司不会不顾价钱地进行收购。我们找寻的是可靠的企业。”

独特的筹资方式

由于业务迅速增长，公司截至2013年6月30日的银行贷款，从FY10的5亿7,810万人民币激增至20亿人民币。但周军并不为此感到担心，他说明了公司的筹资策略。

他说：“我们的母公司上海实业控股是一家国有企业，而我们能够通过在新交所上市在新加坡筹资。基于中国的利率介于7-8%，而新加坡的利率为3-4%，我们打算向新加坡的银行贷款，为我们在中国的贷款再融资。这将使我们的利息开支减少。”

政府支持水处理行业的发展

中国的人口预计在2030年之前将达到14亿，其对水的需求势必会随之增加。上海实业控股因此专注于发展环境领域业务。周军说：“在政府的支持下，污水处理领域具有庞大的发展潜能，业者可在中国长期发展。”

另外，由于新业者要加入这个行业并不容易，随着需求增加，既有的业者将受益。周军说：“中国政府应该较倾向于翻新既有的污水处理厂来应付新需求，而不会建造特别的处理厂来应付其他领域的需要。”

前景

2013年10月14日，公司宣布计划配售31亿新股，以筹集2亿6,020万元(13亿人民币)。周军说：“我们将把所得收益中的5亿3,000万人民币用来收购上海浦城热电能源有限公司，并利用约2亿人民币来收购子公司南方水务的其余股份。”

周先生说：“公司正考虑在上海证券交易所双边上市，上海实业控股在上海为一家知名企业。我们的市值可能会因此而提高，这对既有的投资者有利。”

公司的年度目标是令其每天处理的总水量增加100万吨，基于公司拥有充足的资金来进行收购，它应该能进一步巩固其市场领先地位。

SIIC 根据波浪推算，现在进行"三角形态盘整波段" :
昨日支持在$0.149若能支撑，看能否突破$0.158(Resistance 1) $0.171 (Resistance 2) and $0.179 (Resistance 3).冲破最后阻力$0.179,就可以收着你得票，看他慢慢涨。

反之若跌穿$0.149，下个支持在$0.139 (Support 1)

暂时，只看到这里。但我没碰这只股，不是很清楚。
