Renewable Energy Asia Group Limited (the “Group”) is a vertically-integrated renewable energy company specialising in investments in wind power generation, photovoltaic solar-thermal energy generating and associated infrastructure.

再生能源亚洲集团赢得5兆瓦太阳能场项目

再生能源亚洲集团(Renewable Energy Asia Group)获得批准，在中国江苏省金湖县建设一座5兆瓦的太阳能场。

加上公司的另两个太阳能项目，它在金湖县的总产能为18.8兆瓦。

上述最新项目的投资额约为4,680万人民币。这三个项目料将在2014年底完工，总成本为1亿8,330万人民币。

启示：为应对环境污染问题，中国不断致力于把再生能源占总能源生产的比例提高。因此，公司将利用中国丰富的太阳能资源来拓展业务，尤其是在东部和东北部地区。

再生能源亚洲集团(Renewable Energy Asia Group)同意向海科工业(Oceantec Industries)租用位于中国江苏省海门市内的厂房设施。

相关设施包括办公室、宿舍和车间。整个产业(包括工厂在内)的总建筑面积为7万1,009平方米。

产业租期为一年，从2013年11月1日至2014年10月31日。一年的租金为1,000万人民币，从2013年12月26日起生效。

启示：租用厂房将让公司能继续生产风力涡轮机部件，同时又无需支出大笔的资本开支及等待收购地皮和建筑新厂房。
