IEV控股(IEV Holdings)持有49%股权的IEV(马)赢得了价值5,000万令吉的合约，在马来西亚登嘉楼州岸外为一艘浮式生产储油卸油船进行解除服务和拖拉的工作。

合约是来自一家大马油气勘探与生产服务商，并定于本月开工及在两个月内完工。

公司是与国际岸外服务商EMAS-AMC合作进行相关项目，后者将对解除服务的工作给予支持。

启示：5,000万令吉的合约价值相等于公司FY12总营业额的15.8%。

IEV控股(IEV Holdings)打算以1,790亿越南盾(约1,070万元)脱售其在越南CNG股份公司(CNG Vietnam Joint Stock Company)的19.2%股份。CNG的业务是在越南分销压缩天然气。公司将把所取得的净收益用来偿还债务、充作营运资本和投入到Pabuaran Kerjasama Operasi岸上气田的修井和钻凿项目。
