Cache Logistics Trust ("Cache") is a Singapore-based Real Estate Investment Trust ("REIT") constituted on 11 February 2010 under a trust deed entered into between ARA-CWT Trust Management (Cache) Limited (the "Manager") and HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited (the "Trustee"). Cache was listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST") on 12 April 2010. Cache principally invests in income-producing real estate used for logistics purposes in Asia-Pacific1, as well as real estate-related assets. Cache presently holds a portfolio of high quality logistics warehouse properties strategically located in established logistics clusters within Asia-Pacific. Cache is managed by ARA-CWT Trust Management (Cache) Limited.

As at 30 June 2013, its portfolio of 13 high quality logistics warehouse properties are strategically located in established logistics clusters in Singapore and China, with a total Gross Floor Area ("GFA") of 5.1 million square feet and a property value of approximately S$1.03 billion.

凯诗物流信托(Cache Logistics Trust)将同其保荐人迅通集团(CWT)联合发展和出租一座量身建筑的货仓。该货仓位于淡宾尼物流园(Tampines LogisPark),可出租净面积为92万8,100平方英尺。总发展成本为1亿零510万元。该货仓也将成为国际快递公司DHL新的区域办事处。鉴于DHL良好的信誉,公司将从中取得稳定的现金来源。
