Roxy-Pacific gets nod for Yi Mei Garden enbloc purchase

Roxy-Pacific Holdings said that a order for sale from the Strata Titles Board has been granted for the enbloc sale of Yi Mei Garden.
On June 17 this year, Roxy-Pacific said wholly-owned indirect subsidiary, RH Tampines agreed to acquire Yi Mei Garden at the purchase price of $136 million.
Yi Mei Garden is a freehold residential site situated at Lot 4296N Mukim 22 at 111 Tampines Road, Singapore 535133. |

Roxy-Pacific Holdings said it has entered into an agreement to acquire a property located at 59 Goulburn Street, Sydney, NSW, Australia for a consideration price of A$90.2 million ($105 million). The property is a 28 storey commercial building, with a frontage to Goulburn Street on the north and Cunningham Street on the East.
