股海宝藏：友谊机构蓄势待发

友谊机构（ULICorp，7133，主板工业产品股）是大马及东协国家电缆支援系统及综合天花板系统的知名业者，业务还包括建筑材料和灯饰的制造与贸易活动。

它于2002年4月上市马交所次板，2005年3月转至主板。

业务多元化至各领域，确保相对稳定的收入。友谊机构在25年的营运涉足多项业务，如今被视为大马市场中优质电缆支援系统和综合性天花板系统领域中的知名供应商之一。

该公司所供应的产品和服务，广泛使用在电讯、油气、运输、能源、水务和建筑领域当中。电缆支援系统用来保护工业与商业建筑物、发电厂、电讯设施、油气及水务处理设施的电缆网络。

另外，电缆管理系统则是为现代建筑物中电力、电话和电脑系统传输活动而设。综合天花板系统主要用于商业建筑物建造及装潢，支援天花板安装工程。

电缆业务为友谊机构2012财年的营业额贡献约82%，剩余的则来自灯饰及建材业务。本地市场共占该公司70至75%的营业额，剩余的则属出口活动，主要海外市场为东协及中东国家。近期，该公司也放眼出口到欧洲。

终止了解备忘录带来负面影响。该公司于2011年6月10日宣布，以总值2亿令吉或相等于每股1.51令吉，脱售旗下的电缆业务给法国公司罗格朗（Legrand France SA），几天后（即2011年6月14日），它股价一度涨至1.42令吉的高点。

尽管如此，全球市场大跌加上罗格朗于2011年10月10日宣布终止协议，该公司股价便显著滑跌至72.5仙，自此之后，股价便在70仙至80仙之间波动。

净赚幅增至12%

根据过去的经验，采用投资尺度例如本益比和价格对账面价值比例，挑选估值吸引人的成长及管理良好的公司，投资者鲜少会面对亏损。

根据2012财年每股盈利12.7仙计算，友谊机构目前的本益比仅4.2倍。值得一提的是，尽管原料价格波动剧烈，该公司净赚幅反而能够从2006年财年的8%，升至2012财年的11.6%，归功于有效的成本管理、高产能，以及将额外成本转嫁客户的能力。

尽管营运环境挑战大，但是友谊机构的盈利从2006至2012财年的复合平均年增长率，还是取得12.7%的强劲表现。

同时，它的每股账面价值暴增96%，由2006财年的69仙，激增至2012财年的1.35令吉。这主要是受到谨慎管理层、进军高加值产品以及扩大到海外市场的贡献。

此外，该公司拥有知名客户群、与合作伙伴及客户间良好关系、注重产品品质、具有远见的管理层以及拥有价格竞争等利好因素。

本财年业绩续向好

根据2012财年第四季的积极表现，预料它在2013财年更加正面，因为它将从经济转型计划下受惠。

国内对它的电缆支援系统以及电灯和灯饰产品的需求，将会继续成长，而出口市场，特别是东协市场，展望也将保持稳定。

这主要是受到我国2011年下半年的经济转型计划的落实，以及它积极开拓出口所激励。来自海外的贡献已经逐步由2012财年的26%，逐步提高至2007财年的20%。

长期低估或私有化

由于估值过低，而成为被“私有化”的对象？

尽管全球市场放缓的因素，导致投资者保持谨慎，但是马股整体情况（例如低利率环境以及相当健全的国内经济）还是有利于企业活动，例如私有化。

最近交易所的趋势是吹私有化风潮，被低估的上市公司，都有可能成为对象。

以友谊机构的情况来看，如果股价长期不能反映潜在价值和释放价值，不排除大股东最终会将有关公司私有化。

根据2012财年每股盈利12.7仙计算，友谊机构是在6倍本益比水平交易。若不包括每股22.8仙的净现金，它的本益比仅4.2倍。更甚的是，目前它的股价比1.35令吉的账面对每股价值低43%。

技术分析：阻力80仙

友谊股价在经过1年多的横摆走势后，最近已突破下跌管道以及多个阻力，即10周、30周、50周以及200周移动平均线，以及获得指数平滑异同异动平均线牛市交叉、强弱势指标以及随机指标的支撑。

它的当前阻力为80仙（100周移动平均）、84.5仙（23.6%费氏回退理论水平），接下来它的目标价为95仙（28.2%费氏回退理论水平）。

如果友谊可以征服这些阻力，接下来会进一步上探1令吉的强大阻力。如果回退，70仙至73仙水平为它的强大支撑区。

（吉隆坡27日讯）友谊机构（ULICORP，7133，主板工业产品股）独资子公司———友谊Goodlite私人有限公司，与中国欧普照明（OPPLE Lighting）签署分销协议，成为后者在大马与汶莱的独家分销商。

根据文告，友谊Goodlite将从明年1月1日起，为欧普照明销售与分销欧普品牌的光二极管照明（LEDLighting）产品。

欧普照明是中国的第一消费者照明品牌，在全球拥有7000名员工，总营业额有几亿美元。

该公司的销售与服务覆盖全球逾50个国际，拥有5000间特许经营店及2万间分店。

该公司已投资逾4000万美元（约1.32亿令吉），进行产品研发与生产工作。

另一方面，友谊机构独资子公司———友谊机构（马）私人有限公司，昨天获得大马银行（AMBANK，1015，主板金融股）提供3240万令吉融资，并获得母公司提供企业担保。

股息回酬4%至6% 友誼機構有望升至RM2.15

（吉隆坡14日訊）友誼機構（ULICORP，7133，主要板工業）股息回酬可高達4%至6%，分析師指出，股東糾紛緩解 、擴充計劃開跑，股價將受惠，預計股價可升至2.15令吉水平。

今早開市時，友誼機構微揚1仙至1.70令吉，前景受市場看好推動下，該股走勢轉佳，休市時揚6仙至1.75令吉，半日73萬8900股易手，午盤亦保持升勢，閉市時起5仙，掛1.74令吉，成交量122萬5300股。

肯納格證券研究分析師在報告中指出，友誼機構為國內電纜支援系統市場數一數二的生產商，以及天花板及燈具綜合供應商，在馬新一帶市佔率約40%，並沒有同業在馬股上市。

“我們相信一旦該公司股東糾紛緩解，目前擴產計劃開跑，公司即可受惠。”

分析師指出，目前該股本益比與其他小型股相當吻合，若以2015財年每股盈利11.5倍計算，該股合理價應該可達2.15令吉；目前該股股息回酬4%至6%。

“友誼機構成長前景相當振奮，未來有重估空間，加上該公司持有豐厚現金流，預示著未來可豪派股息，若派息政策為50%，該公司股息回酬可高達4%至6%。”【中国报财经】
