开发新系统至医疗及汽车业 Elsoft扩大收入基础

(吉隆坡2日讯)ELSOFT科研有限公司( ELSOFT，0090，创业板）发光二极管 (LED) 测试设备制造商，将于明年为医疗设备和汽车公司设计和开发嵌入式的系统，以扩大其收入基础和减轻发光二极管的市场波动所带来的影响。

该集团首席执行员C.E.陈在接受采访时表示,该集团将利用其在嵌入式系统开发经验的测试人员的带领下，为其Elsoft品牌作营销。

陈氏称：“我们一直在做嵌入式系统的LED测试设备多年。这是一次我们充分利用这方面的经验，使嵌入式系统能置入电子产品中，嵌入式系统在公司业务中是不可少的。”

一个嵌入式系统是计算机系统具有较大的机械或电气系统，经常用实时计算的约束内的专用功能。它被嵌入作为一个完整的装置的一部分，通常包括硬件和机械部件。

他说，公司目前在国内与多家本地及外国的医疗设备和汽车公司洽谈合作设计和开发自己的设备和仪器的嵌入式系统。

陈氏称:“我们预料将于明年初与一间医疗设备达致协议，以便于明年开始安装嵌入式系统。”

汽车市场是一个增长的行业，这是由于板卡上的安全功能，汽车远程信息处理和电动汽车的需求大增所致。

“据总部位于伦敦的研究公司Technavio称，汽车的嵌入式系统为总嵌入式系统市场带来了20%的收益贡献。”

他续称：“汽车嵌入式系统市场预计将达209亿美元（668亿8000万令吉），这是由于汽车板卡上拥有安全功能，日益增长的电动汽车的普及和使用电脑化函数来传输信息所促成。”

提及发光二极管 测试设备业务时，尽管在台湾和中国的跨国公司需求带动下，但由于下半年的全球测试设备市场放缓，使到ELSOFT科研在今年下半年为止的亚太的客户订单，由前期的1480万令吉降至1000万令吉。

该公司称“在2013年上半年，我们取得的订单达1700万令吉，去年整年的订单是1870万令吉。因此，对于2013年，我们可以期待的表现比2012年好。事实上，我们预计会是五年来所获得最好的业绩。”

陈氏称：“客户反馈是测试设备的订单会明年初期开始源源而来。”

他称，公司通过内部融资而兴建的总值1200万令吉的新设施，将会于明年开始运作，将被用于开发嵌入式系统和LED测试设备的新系列。

他称：“由于在2008年的次贷危机，我们的核心业务暴跌在2009年。幸运的是，我们没有负债，并以投资收益的帮助下，我们成功地赚取了160万令吉的利润。”

该公司向马交所报备，派息政策将在现财年进行，派息将不会影响公司的现金流状况。

興業研究表示，ELSOFT科研的核心業務是製造發光二極管（LED）測試設備，市場需求仍相對強穩，尤其是在汽車領域，該公司今年至今的訂單達3千萬令吉。

該行指出，目前ELSOFT科研正多元化業務至醫療設備領域，據知該公司已在今年6月推出試點計劃，管理層預料可在2015年首季帶來銷售收入。

“一旦此計劃實現，我們預期新盈利將帶動2015至2016財政年的盈利成長。”

該公司發展的醫療器材內嵌系統可用在對尿液或血液樣本進行化學分析或自動化透析器等的器材當中。有關產品的價格介於2千至7千令吉。

興業研究預期ELSOFT科研的核心LED測試業務在2014至2016年成長9至10%，進軍醫療器材的計劃可在2015年帶來成果，協助推動盈利成長，估計2014至2016年盈利將增長33.1%、40.0%和20.9%，至1千440萬、2千零20萬和2千440萬令吉。

擁2500萬淨現金

在股息方面，ELSOFT科研擁有2千500萬令吉淨現金和零負債，假設派息率50%，預料該公司在2014至2016年的周息達2.7至4.6%。

該公司的風險包括自動測試市場的技術快速變動、競爭增加以及依賴主要客戶和供應商。
