米特洛须赔ASTA 2046万

（吉隆坡22日讯）米特洛（METROD，6149，主板工业产品组）接获仲裁庭指令，需赔偿ASTA能源传输组件公司450万欧元（约2046万令吉）。

米特洛在文告中表示，独资子公司新加坡米特洛在6月17日接获仲裁庭指令。

除了450万欧元赔偿以外，米特洛也必须缴付每年4%的利息，总值47万5824.50欧元。

米特洛预计，上述裁决不会影响截至今年12月31日止财政年盈利及净资产。

1.  Introduction Pursuant to 9.19(23) of Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of MHB (“Board”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Metrod International and Metrod Mauritius had on 27 March 2017 jointly acquired a new subsidiary, MMPL, a company incorporated in India, via transfer of 10,000 Ordinary Shares of Indian Rupee (“INR”) 10 each (“Said Shares”) representing 100% equity interest in MMPL from the Directors and Shareholders of MMPL, namely Rajan Mittal and Prasad G. Desai for a total cash consideration of INR100,000.00 only, which is equivalent to RM6,780.00 based on the middle rate of RM6.78 : INR100 as at 12.00 noon on 27 March 2017 as published by Bank Negara Malaysia (“Acquisition”). The principal activity of MMPL is manufacturing and trading in metal products. The Acquisition is in line with MHB and its subsidiaries’ (“Group”) business strategy for future investment in India and will provide potential synergy effects to the Group.
