优质混凝土首3季转亏

（吉隆坡26日讯）优质混凝土（Quality，7544，主板工业产品股）截至10月31日的首9个月内，业绩由盈转亏，蒙受448万6000令吉净亏，或相等每股7.74仙亏损。

根据文告，由于产业发展与建筑、混凝土、高密度聚乙烯管（HDPE Pipes）和木材产品收益纷纷下滑，导致首三季营业额年跌46.84%至1亿1299万8000令吉。

去年同期的营收和净利，分别为2亿1256万3000令吉及403万7000令吉。

单季方面，优质混凝土净亏幅度相较上财年稍有收窄，从125万6000令吉减少至104万3000令吉，每股亏损也从2.17仙缩至1.80仙。

不过，当季营业额却下跌36.89%，从去年同期的5592万8000令吉，减至3529万4000令吉。[南洋网财经]

（吉隆坡21日讯）优质混凝土（QUALITY，7544，主板工业产品股）主席兼执行董事拿督邓明成（译音）与世长辞，享年63岁。

邓明成是优质混凝土董事经理邓清国（译音）的父亲。前者是在2000年1月17日时被委任为执行主席。

邓明成在林业和房产发展业务均拥有丰富的工作经验，同时也有涉足房产投资和建筑领域。

优质混凝土通过文告指出，邓明成共持有848万3000股，相等于14.64%股权。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡29日讯）由于一些工程耽误罚款获得豁免，优质混凝土（QUALITY，7544，主板工业产品股）2015财年首9个月亏损收窄至140万2000令吉，上财年同期为净亏448万6000令吉。

受建筑和发展业务推动，优质混凝土营业额从1亿1300万令吉，上扬8.9%，报1亿2309万令吉。

另外，该公司截至10月31日第三季业绩成功转为盈，从104万3000令吉亏损，录得213万5000令吉净利。
