Query Letter Contents	We refer to your Company's announcement dated 15 September 2023, in respect of the aforesaid matter. In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with the following additional information for public release:- 1. To disclose the disposal consideration for the transaction entered into with Delivery Evolution Sdn Bhd (“DESB”) via the Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 27 March 2019. To also clarify if DESB is a related party. 2. To provide more details on the existing tenancies, which shall include information on the tenure and expiry date of the respective tenancies as well as the total rental income per month received from such tenancies. 3. To also indicate the estimated timeline for the Properties to be discharged from PBB. 4. To state the date of the valuation report, the name of the independent valuer and the methods used in valuing the Properties. 5. To provide the rationale for adopting different approaches with respect to the existing tenancies i.e. by way of a novation agreement for TFVM and by a notice of assignment of tenancies from Rapid Synergy Berhad (“Rapid”) to Yokado Sdn Bhd and explain the difference(s) between the 2 approaches, if any. 6. To explain the basis of the reimbursement of RM608,000, being the total monthly rental of the Tenancies for 12 months period in respect of 26.5% of RSB Portion. To also indicate the timeline for such reimbursement to take place. 7. To explain the reason for disposing of only 6,653/10,000 of the undivided land and not the entire RSB Portion. To also comment on the impact of the foregone rental income arising from the Proposed Disposal to Rapid moving forward. 8. To also disclose the plan for the remaining 2,470/10,000 of the undivided land owned by Rapid (“Balance RSB Portion”) and clarify whether or not the Balance RSB Portion is currently an income-generating asset for Rapid. If yes, please provide the relevant description and amount of such income accordingly. 9. To provide the breakdown details for the expenses of the Proposed Disposal amounting to RM569,000. 10. （吉隆坡17日讯）马股昨日大跌后，综指今日继续下滑，并跌破1490关口，截至上午9点10分，综指报1489.22点，跌4.65点或0.31%。

隔夜美股3大指数收跌，跌幅介于0.19%至0.62%。

美股财报周继续主导美股走势，多家银行陆续交出喜忧参半的业绩。摩根史丹利业绩大幅低于预期，拖累股价重挫逾4%；高盛投行虽然靠著股票交易部门及财富管理业务带动收入增长，然而股价仅略涨0.7%。

综指今早以1491.89点低开，较昨日收盘价1493.87点下滑1.98点。综指随后陷入下跌走势，跌破1490点关口。

马股成交量暂有3亿5993万股，成交值为2亿1699万令吉。全场共有114只上升股、273只下跌股及285只股无起落。

富商游光春持有的佳捷协作（RAPID，7765，主板产业股）和游礼发产业（YNHPROP，3158，主板产业股）又跌停板，分别排在下跌榜第1和第2名。

佳捷协作下跌1.69令吉或29.91%，报3.96令吉；游礼发产业则下跌51仙或29.48%，至1.22令吉。

另一方面，砂拉越混凝土（SCIB，9237，主板工业股）董事经理邱宗鸿昨日接受国内一家媒体访问时强调，公司目前的营运状况一切如常，并指出没有任何负面消息导致股价异常波动。

然而市场对这个回应并不买账，砂拉越混凝土今早继续重挫27仙或32.32%，至56.5仙，成交量达1亿2170万股，为最大热门股。

由于砂拉越混凝土股价比卖空参考价下跌超过15仙或15%，该股即日卖空已被暂停，直至明早8时30分。
