The Board of Directors of  Lien Hoe Corporation Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that on 6 January 2014 its wholly owned subsidiary company, Hotel Armada Group Sdn Bhd has acquired a shelf company, Exquisite Beams Sdn Bhd (“Exquisite Beams”), comprising of 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each representing the entire issued and paid up capital of Exquisite Beams at a total cash consideration of RM2. Exquisite Beams was incorporated on 11 November 2013 and has not commenced operations since. The acquisition will not have any material financial effect on the net assets, earnings per share and gearing of the Company. 酒店與建築料回彈‧聯和看好今年業績

（吉隆坡23日訊）聯和機構（LIENHOE,3573,主板產業組）看好旗下建築業務與酒店營運業務表現將會回彈，並有信心本財政年的整體業績將較上財政年有過之而無不及。

聯和機構執行董事張萬成週一出席該集團股東大會後向《星洲財經》透露，其建築業務表現在首季出現收窄，主要歸咎於收入確認上的時機因素。目前的總訂單量共達1億7千300萬令吉，可持續扶持今年剩餘時間的收入水平。

此外，在經歷了因季節性因素而表現放緩的首季後，酒店營運業務也料將在來臨數季交出更佳的成績。酒店營運業務目前為該集團首要的盈利貢獻來源。

“我們看好全年的表現不會較上財政年來得差。”

根據大馬交易所資料顯示，聯和在2013財政年成功錄得9千510萬令吉的淨利。該集團在本財政年首季淨虧224萬令吉，按年比較由盈轉虧。

產業發展業務方面，張萬成表示該集團目前正計劃為前年推出位於柔佛地不佬的公寓產業，展開第二階段的發展項目，總發展價值預計不低於4億令吉。
張萬成指出，聯和也正積極尋求收購更多的地庫，重點範圍專注於新山、巴生河流域等當前已涉足的市場。

此外，聯和亦計劃在柔佛地不佬的另一塊土地上增建一家酒店，並保留予該集團本身負責營運。無論如何，張萬成稱該計劃目前仍處於前期階段，因此暫且難以透露進一步的詳情。（星洲日報／財經）

联和建议削减股票面值 抵消1.8亿累积亏损

（吉隆坡21日讯）联和（LIENHOE，3573，主板产业股）建议，把每股面值1令吉的股票，削减75仙，成为每股面值25仙，从而降低现有的缴足资本并抵消累积亏损。

联和在文告中指出，由于公司股价多年来，都低于每股1令吉的股票面值，因此，这项活动可给予公司更多发行新股的选择，来进行筹资、并购和其他企业活动。

“而且，该活动有助减少累积亏损，从而改善公司财政状况。”

可筹2.7亿

截至上周五（18日），公司的缴足资本为3亿6174万2241令吉，每股面值1令吉。

一旦完成削减股票面值的活动，缴足资本就会减少至9043万5560令吉，每股面值25仙。

同时，公司通过该活动，将获得2亿7130万6681令吉，这笔资金将用来抵消累积亏损，剩余资金则存入保留盈余户头。

截至去年12月杪，联和累积亏损1亿8862万令吉。【南洋网财经】
