（吉隆坡19日讯）主要业务蒙受亏损，拖累WZ Satu Bhd第三季由盈转亏。

该集团今日向大马交易所报备，截至5月杪2018财政年第三季净亏729万令吉，上财年同期则净赚803万令吉。

该集团指出，土木工程与建筑业务录得470万令吉的税前亏损，同期则是70万令吉的税前盈利。

与此同时，油气业务和采矿业务的税前亏损分别是280万令吉和80万令吉，相比同期取得410万令吉和260万令吉的税前盈利。

WZ Satu表示，第三季营业额从1亿4191万令吉，跌13.4%至1亿2294万令吉，因油气业务的收入贡献降低，以及子公司Weng Zheng Trading私人有限公司收入损失。

综合2018财年首9个月的表现，该集团净亏657万令吉，同期净赚2186万令吉；营业额从4亿1007万令吉，跌6.13%至3亿8493万令吉。

展望未来，该集团表示，将评估下一季土木工程与建筑及油气业务联号公司投资减记的程度，因自2016年1月来禁止开采铝土及禁止铝土矿出口。

“集团将提出必要的减值和拨备，并预计在下一季进行单次注销。”

("Project"). The total contract value of the Project is RM133,500,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: One Hundred and Thirty-Three Million and Five Hundred Thousand only). The commencement date for the Project is 17 December 2018 and the completion date is on or before 17 May 2020. WZS BinaRaya’s scope of works covers from foundation to superstructure which includes bored piling work, casting pilecap, pier, cross head, precast beam, deck slab and associated works. WZ Satu does not foresee any exceptional risk other than the normal operational risk associated with the Project and will take the necessary steps to mitigate the risks as and when it occurs.
