前大法官敦查基 任全国快邮主席

（吉隆坡2日讯）全国快邮（NATWIDE，9806，主板贸服股）宣布，前大法官敦查基将取代罗兹拉瓦蒂的主席一职，而后者则调任为董事经理。

根据文告，现年69岁的敦查基，也是Astro（ASTRO，6399，主板贸服股）和实达集团（SPSETIA，8664，主板产业股）的主席。

至于现年43岁的萝姿拉瓦，卸下主席一职后，将即日上任为董事经理。

萝姿拉瓦在2010年4月1日上任全国快邮的主席。

全国快邮冀本财年转盈

（吉隆坡17日讯）全国快邮（NATWIDE，9806，主板贸服股）希望通过提升成本效率、加强销售和收购服务，在本财年转亏为盈。

董事经理日前萝姿拉瓦蒂在股东大会后表示，公司将专注开发利基市场，推出更多高赚幅的产品和服务，例如在今年4月推出的专业药品配送服务。

“我们希望能够在本财年杪转亏为盈。除了上财年末季以外，其他3季都蒙受亏损，而本财年首季也亏损。”

截止6月杪财年首季，全国快邮净亏20万9000令吉，较上财年同期的净亏176万令吉大幅收窄；营业额则按年上扬0.43%至2366万令吉。

消费税考验大

为达成在本财年转亏为盈目标，她表示会整顿成本管理，以及提供更好的售后服务。

“我们也在去年开始，投资了20万令吉设立中央客服中心，为全国顾客解决问题。”

针对消费税的影响，萝姿拉瓦蒂坦言，这是业务发展的主要挑战之一。

“这是我们较大的挑战，因为我们先为客户付款。不过，一旦我们熬过去后，一切就会变好。”

她解释，消费税执行初期，对该公司的影响将很显著，因为邮政入账周期与消费税周期不一样，必须另外设立财政团队来应对。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡11日訊）全國快郵服務（NATWIDE，9806，主要板貿服）將強化成本效益措施，提高產量與改善營運效率，放眼2016財年轉虧為盈。

該公司董事經理羅茲拉瓦蒂在今日股東大會結束后，接受媒體訪問時說：“公司是一家為藥劑公司與金融機構提供快遞服務的公司，處在市場領導地位，未來將加強公司地位。”

全國快郵服務的快遞服務佔業務80%，剩余20%為物流業務。

她指出，公司目前擁有30輛空調貨車（Air-conditioned trucks），放眼明年增至60輛。

展望未來，公司考慮加強電子商務方案，以滿足客戶不斷變化的需求，及多樣化的服務。

（吉隆坡3日讯）全国快邮（NATWIDE，9806，主板贸服股）建议展开内部重组活动，包括设立一家投资控股公司，来取代本身的上市地位。

根据文告，全国快邮将设立一家名为“Nationwide Express Holdings”的私人有限公司，来促成相关活动。

接着，公司建议以1换2的比例，把目前每股面值1令吉的6011万6200股缴足资本，与Nationwide Express Holdings每股面值50仙的1亿2023万2400股新股，进行互换。

一旦交换股权的活动完成，Nationwide Express Holdings将独资持有全国快邮，将取代全国快邮在马交所的上市地位。
