(吉隆坡23日讯)GSB集团(GSB,7077,主板工业产品股)以总值2050万令吉,向PKNS工程收购位于莎阿南面积达2.22英亩的土地。

根据该公司文告,上述土地时2块相连的土地,是租用地契,与2016年9月26日截止。

GSB集团是通过子公司Serta Usaha,与PKNS工程签署协议。【南洋网财经】

Termination and settlement of the Joint Venture Agreement dated 18 May 2005 between Banda Industries Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of GSB Group Berhad and Restu Angkasa Sdn Bhd.

GSB推新房產有望轉盈

(吉隆坡26日訊)GSB集團(GSB,7077,主板工業產品組)相信新房產項目推出後,將可一掃之前頹勢,引領該公司轉虧為盈。

GSB集團執行董事顏碧慧在股東大會後對《星洲財經》表示,之前該公司大部份的房產項目都在審批階段,以致無法推出,導致蒙受虧損。

“現在公司推出了G-Residence,相信會帶來正面的推動。”

GSB集團上月推出柔佛新山的G-Residence產業,到目前為止第一期的非土著單位認購率已達80%。

她也透露,該公司最近剛獲得批准,會在巴生的6.06英畝土地建造排屋及半獨立式房子。

GSB集團地庫主要坐落彭亨文冬。該公司擁有文冬的170英畝土地,還有50英畝可供發展。


顏碧慧說:“我們在文冬已經完成了11個階段的發展,接下來我們還是會持續發展下去。”

她表示,雖然該地區主要將用以民宅發展,但也會興建一些商業單位,包括興建一間酒店。

顏碧慧表示,該公司一直都在尋找適合的土地和聯營計劃,其中最想收購巴生河流域或芙蓉重點地區的土地。(星洲日報/財經)

主攻中下阶层市场 GSB发展1.8亿综合房产

(吉隆坡30日讯)GSB集团(GSB,7077,主板工业产品股)看好中下阶层市场的潜力,将在莎阿南推出发展总值约1亿5000万至1亿8000万令吉的综合产业计划,预计2020年完成。

董事经理颜碧慧表示,这项综合产业计划将在明年动工,工程包括兴建服务式公寓和零售店面,冀以廉宜的价格,吸引中下阶层买家,为公司捎来更多盈利。

GSB集团今日在股东特别大会通过议案,以2050万令吉向PKNS工程购买该面积为2.2英亩土地,料在今年第3季完成交易。

近年来,公司逐渐从光碟制造业务,转型至产业发展业务,目前在柔佛、文冬和巴生谷,都有公司的产业发展足迹。

光碟制造业务和产业发展业务的贡献,分别占了31%和69%,前者的业务发展稳定,每年捎来800万至1000万令吉的盈利,公司仍维持领域龙头的地位。

柔佛房市供过于求

但光碟制造业务的赚幅远低于产业业务,而光碟也随着科技的发展渐渐淡出市场。

因此,该公司未来将以产业发展作为核心业务,并主攻中下阶层市场,同时看好柔佛、文冬和巴生谷具有优越的地理位置和市场需求强劲的优势,能显著带动业务盈利的增长。

GSB集团进行中的4项产业项目,发展总值为5亿7283万令吉,未来将推出包括莎阿南的综合产业计划在内,发展总值2亿9150万令吉的3项产业计划。

展望未来,颜碧慧认为产业供过于求会拖累柔佛市场趋于放缓,但仍看好文冬与巴生谷发展潜力。

公司将为谨慎地选择发展地点,除了增加更多土地储备来扩展产业业务,也冀望以联营的方式来减少发展项目的初始开销。[南洋网财经]
