（吉隆坡14日讯）房地产业务推高获利，民都鲁工业（BIG，7005，主板工业产品股）转亏为盈，2013财年末季净利报166万令吉，上财年同期亏损452万令吉。

该公司第四季营业额按年扬升2.7%至2529万令吉，低于上财年同期2463万令吉。

民都鲁工业全年净利报381万令吉，上财年净亏254万令吉。

随着获利改善，该公司的每股盈亏也从上财年的每股亏损5.29仙，转为每股盈利7.93仙。

民都鲁工业在财报文件中指出，公司的房地产业务营业额录得145万令吉，混凝土业务销售达70万令吉。

不过，气体业务则因竞争激烈，导致营业额则滑落149万令吉。【南洋网财经】

民都鲁工业第四季转盈

（吉隆坡16日讯）民都鲁工业（BIG，7005，主板工业产品股）截至去年12月底的第四季，成功转亏为盈，录得13万6000令吉的净利，或相等每股0.28仙。

根据文告，这归功于产业和天然气业务的贡献，逆转了前年同季的净亏，当期为亏损618万3000令吉，或每股12.86仙。

不过，营业额则从1964万5000令吉，年跌25.36%，至1466万3000令吉，主要是混凝土业务表现失利。

该公司早前决定，将财政截至年，从原本的12月31日，更改为6月30日，意味着现财年将长达18个月。【南洋网财经】
