（吉隆坡23日訊）多敏企業（DOMINAN，7169，主要板工業）將在雪州龍溪設立新工廠，並投入2000萬令吉資本開銷。

該公司在今年3月以1030萬令吉收購10.3英畝土地，計劃額外投入1000萬令吉資金建新綜合倉庫，及木製和PVC層壓木製產品製造設施。

多敏企業副董事經理黃玉春在股東大會后說：“我們會將雙溪毛糯和蒲種營運遷移至龍溪，整合半島中央營運在單一地點，提升營運效率和節省成本。”

至于多敏企業新工廠的建築工作，料在土地從農業轉為工業用途后動工。1000萬令吉資本開銷，將會通過內部融資和銀行貸款取得。

另外，多敏企業現于泰國營運穩定發展，該公司有意擴展至其他東南亞國家。

“公司目前積極開拓在菲律賓、印尼、印度、巴基斯坦、斯里蘭卡等國家的分銷潛能，是擴展未來市占率的第一步。”

（新山23日讯）多敏企业（DOMINAN，7169，主板工业产品股）将耗资2000万令吉资本开销，发展雪兰莪龙溪的新厂房。

该集团在3月以1030万令吉收购10.3英亩的土地，计划再投资额外1000万令吉，设立木材和聚氯乙烯（PVC）层压木材产品综合仓库与生产设备。

多敏企业副董事经理黄玉春在文告中表示，有了新厂房，公司会把双溪毛糯和蒲种的营运搬到龙溪，把半岛中部的营运整合在一个地点，达到营运效率并节省成本。

“与此同时，更大的产能和仓库面积，也让我们有能力在巴生谷扩大客源，为客户提供更广泛的产品种类，更迅速交货。”

新厂房的1000万令吉资本开销，将由内部资金和银行借贷融资。

目前，多敏企业的纸品和聚氯乙烯层压木材产品厂房，坐落在甘巴士和居銮、双溪毛糯、北海和越南的胡志明市。

黄玉春表示，新的厂房正好配合集团在区域拓展业务的步伐。

他说：“集团在泰国的业务发展不错。我们最先在2011年设立分销办事处，在曼谷设有子公司，也扩大了仓库设备以应付泰国逐渐增加的销量。”

准派终期股息1仙

他说，由于泰国业务进展良好，集团因此打算进军东南亚或以外的国家，目前正在菲律宾、印尼、印度、巴基斯坦和斯里兰卡探讨开始分销的潜力。

另外，股东也在股东常年大会，通过在截至3月31日的财年派发每股1仙的终期股息。

Further details on the market value of the surrounding properties that were used to arrive at the Purchase Price There was an offer for a piece of land located at the same Daerah, Seberang Perai Selatan, measuring approximately 38,370 square meter at an offer price of RM38 per square feet. This offered land has yet to be converted into industrial land. As compared to the land acquired by DAMAI which had converted to industrial land but also at costs of RM 38 per square feet, the price is considered much reasonable. 2. Details of Vendor are as follows : Name Crystal Charmant Sdn. Bhd. 多敏企業主要涉及生產環保木材產品及相關原料，如中密度纖維板、三夾板及刨花板等。

截至2013年9月30日為止，該公司現金及等同現金接近3千萬令吉（即2千967萬4千令吉），其他儲備金為2千380萬令吉，以及保留盈利為7千577萬6千令吉。

目前，該公司股價已升至1令吉水平，自從2013年10月31日以來，該股已有相當可觀漲幅，即從當時約85仙揚升至目前約1令吉，漲幅約為17.64%，對一些投資者來說，可能已是不錯。
