积极拓展巴生谷与南马一带　四合集团展望亮丽

（槟城19日讯）以槟州为主的物流公司-----四合集团有限公司（SEEHUP，7053，贸易服务组）在巴生谷与南部区域发展之际，预料在2015年3月31日止的财政年内会有积极表现。

然而，该公司董事经理李哲明（译音）称，对于实施消费税一事仍然持谨慎态度，它可能影响到公司整体的成本架构。

李氏今日在此间出席股东常年代表大会后告诉记者：“我们目标是要在2015年财政年内拥有一个保守的5%收入增长。”

四合集团在截至2014年3月31日为止的财政年，所获得营业额较上个财政年逊色，由9410万令吉滑至8410万令吉。不过，它的税前盈利由亏转盈， 而由一年前亏损280万令吉，转而获得33万3000令吉的盈利。

他称，由于大马依斯达干达推行各项基建计划与巴生谷的大众捷运系统工程，在物流服务有强大需求之际，四合集团将于明年着重巴生谷与南部区域的发展。

他称：“集团的重点将放在巴生谷、新山及新加坡。我们的核心力量是内陆运输，提供卡车运载货物。”

李氏称，公司拥有超过300辆卡车的车队，并计划在2015财政年内，为资本开销拨出300万资金，以用来购买10至20辆卡车，从而提高业务规模。

他说，公司希望添加更多的仓库来满足其租赁客户，它在北海拥有土地来支持这项扩充计划。

他称，虽然公司的主要收入来源乃来自运输和物流服务业务领域，但是海空货运服务从4年前开始贡献令人鼓舞的增长。

它为泰国、大马半岛与新加坡提供了整体的物流服务。

该集团的客户大多是从事基础设施和建设行业，而所服务的海外客户乃来自日本、美国、欧洲和印度，它们从事消费品、电子和机械配件等业务。【光华日报财经】

槟城卖地进袋1755万 四合赚1222万

（吉隆坡21日讯）四合集团（SEEHUP，7053，主板贸服股）子公司四合交通公司，宣布以1755万7688令吉卖地，预计可取得1222万令吉收益。

根据昨天文告，四合交通今天与Loh Gim Ean控股签署买卖协议，将槟城三片毗邻、总面积达14万6143平方尺的地皮，卖给后者。

“脱售收益将作为一般营运资本，以支撑公司营运。”

截至去年3月31日，该地的账面价值达508万令吉，目前是货车仓库和卡车修理区。

脱售后，四合集团将把货车仓库和卡车修理区，迁至新地点。

同时，该公司也宣布以1081万6950令吉，向T.T.贸易买下两片地皮。

“该地位于槟城威中县，总面积达7万2113平方尺。”

四合集团表示，脱售可让公司释放长期资产的价值，实现收益。

相较市价，该交易乃溢价556万令吉，或46.33%。

公司强调，这脱售并不会让其陷入PN17公司行列，反之将贡献净利。
