（吉隆坡18日讯）四合集团有限公司（SEEHUP，7053，贸易服务组）以534万令吉现金，收购Mahajaya View私人有限公司（Mahajaya）的全数股权。

四合集团向大马交易所报备，一旦完成收购计划，Mahajaya将成为四合集团的独资子公司。

Mahajaya在槟城拥有一块占地0.98公顷的空置商业地段，届时，四合集团可将这块地皮转而支撑公司营运，以及供未来扩展之用。

文告指出，该公司已与Goh Siong Yean和Lim Sam Keow达成买卖协议，透过内部筹资的方式集资，以每股1令吉收购Mahajaya的250万股票。

Mahajaya是在2012年以198万令吉代价，买下上述位于槟城威中的这块地皮。这块地皮座落于北海-居林大道，毗邻四合集团独资子公司现有的停车场和服务设施。

“我们会在这块地段兴建营运办公室，再将之扩建成四合集团的停车场和服务设施。收购计划完成后，我们可以更有效地控制车队，掌控安全与维修部分，并提升营运效率。”

四合集团在文告中指出，料将在2015年第三季完成这项收购计划。

（吉隆坡3日讯）四合集团（SEEHUP，7053，主板贸服股）子公司SH Global Freight有限公司，与日本丸全昭和运输公司达成签署联营协议，进行运输和其他潜能业务。

丸全昭和运输是于1931创办的日本运输公司，并在东京证券交易所上市。

四合与丸全昭在这项联营协议中，分别投入40%于与60%资本，总额为150万令吉，成立名为“Maruzen SH运输有限公司”。资金皆由内部集资。

同时四合与丸全昭将为新公司，分别委任2名和3名董事入驻。【南洋网财经】

四合集团专注海空货运

2016年9月14日
（乔治市13日讯）为推动2017财年业务增长，四合集团（SEEHUP，7053，主板贸服股）将专注于海空货运业务。

集团董事经理李楚明（译音）日前出席股东大会后向《星报》表示，公司将为吉隆坡、槟城和柔佛的客户，提供综合式的物流解决方案。

“今年的海空货运业务，为本财年贡献近20%的营业额，上财年则占营业额的15%。”

他补充，客户对农业和医疗产品的装运仍有需求，减低了其半导体与电子工业放缓带来的冲击。

“我们预计在下半年开始为捷运第二路线（MRT2）所需的基础设施原料运输至巴生谷，这预计可为2018财年注入盈利。”

李楚明指出，公司将于2018财年花费500万令吉，获取新的货车。目前，公司约有370辆货车与重型设备，包括拖车、油轮、水泥搅拌车等。

李楚明表示，尽管未来充满挑战，但公司有信心海空货运能贡献盈利。【e南洋】
