（吉隆坡26日訊）SMR科技控股（SMRT，0117，創業板科技股）子公司獲教育部延長合約，合約總值6000萬令吉。

SMR科技控股今日向馬證交所報備，子公司SMR HR私人有限公司獲教育部延長合約2年，從今年10月1日延長至2015年9月30日。

根據報備文件指出，該合約內容是為英文第2語言教師加強計劃，進行師資直接招聘和管理工作。

該公司在接獲合約信件后，需將合約總值的5%，即150萬令吉以不可撤銷的財務擔保形式，存入擔保機構或保險公司。[中国报财经]

1. INTRODUCTION Further to the announcement dated 22 September 2010, the Board of Directors of SMRT Holdings Berhad ("SMRT" or "Company") (formerly known as SMR Technologies Berhad") wishes to announce that SMR HR Group Sdn Bhd ("SMR HRG"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has on 13 December 2013 been granted an extension of contract by the MOE for direct recruitment and management of ELT Consultants and implementation of In-Service Teachers Training for English Language Teachers in primary schools under the MOE as a TESL Teacher Capacity Enhancement Project ("the Extended Contract"). The project will be managed through the Company's owned Technology Platform. The extended contact sum is Ringgit Malaysia Sixty Million (RM60,000,000.00) Only ("Extended Contract Sum"). 2. SALIENT TERMS OF THE EXTENDED CONTRACT (a) The Extended Contract shall be effective for a period of two (2) years from 1 October 2013 to 30 September 2015. (b) MOE does not guarantee in anyway that the ELT Consultants Services will be taken in full.  All appointments of ELT Consultants have to be in accordance with the demand from the Government's "constitutes an order". (d) The extension constitutes the recruitment and management of up to 120 ELT Consultants to implement In-Service Teachers Training for English Language Teachers for a period of two (2) years from 1 October 2013 to 30 September 2015. 在最新業績中，截至2013年12月31日為止財政年第四季，該公司淨利為505萬令吉（每股淨利為2.62仙），前期為淨虧損16萬3千令吉（每股淨虧損0.10仙）。第四季營業額為1千745萬1千令吉，前期則為1千214萬2千令吉。

（吉隆坡15日訊）SMRT控股（SMRT,0117,創業板科技組）和大馬教育部（MOE）建立良好合作關係，同時持續拓展教育業務，獲分析員給予32仙目標價。

2014年1月，SMRT控股與Persada Mewah有限公司簽署合作備忘錄（MOU）強化業務，計劃在雪邦龍溪（Dengkil）興建國際學校及住宅產業；2013財政年，收購賽城醫學大學學院（CUCMS），進一步拓展高等教育業務。

MIDF研究表示，SMRT控股為本地及全球認可的科技綜合方案供應商，在人力資源開發領域擁有30年以上經驗。

最大貢獻來自人力資源專業服務

該公司分別在巴林及英國設有業務中心，核心業務包括人力資源專業服務、軟體及教育，顧客來自全球30個國家的中小型企業，當中包括海灣理事會國家（GCC）。

（吉隆坡6日讯）SMRT控股（SMRT，0117，创业板）建议私下配售，最高集资881万4776令吉，用来偿还银行贷款和未来营运资本用途。

SMRT控股将发出2918万8000新股，占扩大后发行与缴足资本比例，不会高于10%。

假设配售价为30.2仙，SMRT控股最高能融资881万4776令吉，当中492万令吉作为偿还银行借贷、366万4776令吉作为营运资本，剩余资金则支付配售活动开销。

在完成以上活动后，缴足资本将从1963万626令吉或1亿9630万6255股，最高扩大至3210万7683令吉或3亿2107万6831股。

（吉隆坡7日訊）SMR科技控股（SMRT，0117，創業板科技股）獲得專門投資“滄海遺珠”的私募基金Creador入股，加上私下配售集資，今日不但交投火熱且漲勢不斷，創歷史新高。

馬證交所報備文件顯示，由布拉赫馬創辦的私募基金Creador持有SMR科技控股顯著股權達6.62%或1260萬股。

布拉赫馬過去曾入股的公司，過后都會有不錯的股價表現，市場視他為打救“滄海遺珠”的投資者，相信這是帶動SMR科技控股購興的主要原因。

繼昨日該股刷52週新高紀錄，今日延續漲勢開市揚6.5仙，報51.5仙，最高漲至53.5仙，揚8.5仙或16%；休市時暫掛52仙，揚7仙，半日交投1595萬1900股。

SMR科技控股-WA（SMRT-WA，0117WA，創業板科技股）亦同樣走高，且交投火熱程度稍勝母股；休市時，該憑單暫掛40.5，揚5仙，交投量1857萬9300股。

截至下午4時半，SMR科技控股創上市以來最高紀錄，報49.5仙，揚4.5仙，共有1907萬9700股易手；SMR科技控股-WA則掛38仙，揚2.5仙，成交量2327萬4700股。

SMR科技控股總執行長拿督R.柏蘭回應《星報》提問時指出，市場終于為該公司涉足教育市場帶來正面的迴響。

“我們一直都被低估，尤其是在一眾教育公司之中，即使現在（股價）迎頭趕上，公司股價仍交易于2013財年本益比10倍的水平而已。”

該公司昨日亦建議私下配售新股2919萬股，籌資介于580萬至880萬令吉之間；其中逾300萬令吉將充作營運資本。

獲拯救後股價必有驚喜

根據過去交易紀錄，只要獲布拉赫馬入股的公司都會出現一些驚喜，是專門守獵遭低估股項的投資者。

布拉赫馬曾私人持有MYEG服務（MYEG，0138，主要板貿易）並在年內獲3倍回酬；透過Creador持有的上市公司則包括舊街場白咖啡（OLDTOWN，5201，主要板貿易）及寶利機構（BONIA，9288，主要板消費）。

除了這些，與布拉赫馬投資相關的其他上市公司還有GHL系統（GHLSYS，0021，主要板科技）及SCICOM（SCICOM，0099，主要板貿易）。

上述這些上市公司在布拉赫馬加入后，股價均上漲不少。以寶利機構為例，4月以來股價頻頻走高，一度觸及5年新高水平，在這之前該股已沉寂好一段時間。【中国报财经】
