（吉隆坡30日訊）據傳，前財長敦達因家族將與誠信太平洋（RPB，8885，主板貿服組）開發吉隆坡黃金地段。

《The Edge》引述消息人士稱，達因家族與誠信太平洋分別持股60%和40%的安邦大廈公司（Menara Ampang Sdn Bhd），是著名夜店Zouk的地主，由於Zouk可能在明年4月遷至吉隆坡敦拉薩路，搬遷後原有的一英畝黃金地段將發展成為辦公樓和住宅。

誠信太平洋的股權結構顯示，主席顏永康家族持有47.18%股權，達因家族公司首都發展公司（Ibu Kota Development Sdn Bhd）持股為4.49%（8月6日數據），另外前首相馬哈迪的兒子拿督慕克力也掌握5.26%股權。（星洲日報／財經）

达因家族持地段60% 传诚信拟建宝格丽酒店

（吉隆坡15日讯）消息指，诚信（RPB，8885，主板贸服股）将在吉隆坡安邦路，打造全球第四间宝格丽酒店（Bulgari Hotel），且交易快敲定。

知情人士指出，这间5星级的宝格丽酒店，选址在安邦路Zouk Club现址。

据悉，前财政部长敦达因家族通过IbuKota Developments私人有限公司，持有诚信4.9%股权。

前首相敦马哈迪之子，即吉打州务大臣拿督慕克力，也是诚信股东之一，持股权同样约5%。

据The Edge之前媒体报道，Zouk Club的地主是Menara Ampang私人有限公司，诚信持股40%；其余60%由达因妻子杜潘玛哈妮及儿子莫哈末威拉达尼（Md.Wira Dani）持有。

至于Zouk Club，据闻已在敦拉萨路寻获新地点，并已在农历新年后开始动工兴建新会所，末季就会迁至新建筑物。

目前，全球仅有3间宝格丽酒店，分别位于意大利米兰（58间客房）、印尼巴厘岛（59间别墅）及英国伦敦（85间客房）。

据知，即将诞生的第四间宝格丽酒店将由万豪国际（Marriott International）负责管理。

稍早前，万豪国际曾经表示，宝格丽酒店定位高，需很好的市场才能开设，尤其需要很强的国际联系强，大马是其中一个有条件的国家。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡7日讯）诚信（RPB，8885，主板贸服股）宣布，委任隆布大道（MEX）总执行长丹斯里三苏丁为主席兼董事，代替辞职的拿督颜永康。

现年67岁的三苏丁，曾效劳于我国财政部、税收局和经济策划组。

他也曾担任国库控股、Hicom控股、马航、大马邮政及服务控股的董事。

根据文告，原任主席兼董事颜永康，辞职是为了符合大马2012年企业监管守则（简称MCCG）。

目前，他共持有诚信的45.6%股权。

另外，诚信也同时委任阿都阿兹为非执行董事。
