辛建文卷门5490万买地

（吉隆坡14日讯）辛建文卷门（SKBSHUT，7115，主板工业产品股）子公司辛建文卷门制造有限公司与雪州发展局（PKNS）达成协议，向后者购买位于双溪毛糯一块土地，总值5490万5200令吉。
根据文告，辛建文卷门从2002年开始向当局租借该土地，为期30年，用于制造与储藏产品用途，而在做出商业考量后，决定向雪州发展局购下该土地。
该土地位于双溪毛糯的北根巴魯（Pekan Baru）。
辛建文卷门已支付20%或1098万1040令吉作为定金，剩余将分期完成付款。

辛建文推介防火卷门 放眼明年底获新订单

（吉隆坡22日讯）辛建文卷门（SKBSHUT，7115，主板工业产品股）放眼未来2年内，由新系列的产品即防火卷门推动公司业务。
该公司执行董事辛秀慧（译音）指出，上述产品刚刚获得有关当局批准在我国使用，符合大厦的安全监管指标，所以目前正极力推介。
她昨天在该公司的股东大会后，对记者指出：“我们预计，新订单会在明年底前开始流入。”
她还说，目前该公司是东南亚区内唯一的防火卷门制造商，并计划在国内和新加坡宣传该产品。
展望未来，该公司也将继续强化东盟、南亚、中东和欧洲的出口市场。

辛建文卷门5490万购地

（吉隆坡19日讯）辛建文卷门（SKBSHUT，7115，主板工业产品股）以5490万5200令吉，收购雪州发展局（PKNS）位于双溪毛糯的地皮。
根据文告，上述地皮面积达4万8637平方米，是99年期地契的工业地皮。
此合约是由子公司SKB Shutters制造私人有限公司（简称SKBSM），与雪州发展局签署。
买家将向银行或金融机构获取融资，以作为部分购买地皮的资金。
截至去年6月30日，该地皮的净账面价值企于542万8149令吉。
辛建文卷门表示，收购是公司的计划之一，以持续在现有的建筑物内营运，中长期内也可贡献未来净利及股东价值。
如无意外，上述收购料能在下半年完成。【南洋网财经】

辛建文捲門獲逾4000萬合約

（吉隆坡18日訊）辛建文捲門（SKBSHUT，7115，主要板工業）今早暫停交易1小時，以宣布獲頒約1080萬美元（約4252萬令吉）供應合約。
辛建文捲門向馬證交所報備，獨資子公司SKB Storage Industries私人有限公司，獲越南Hund Vuong公司旗下公司Asia Pangasius有限公司，頒發約4252萬令吉，提供貨架（racking）解決方案和自動化存儲和檢索系統（ASRS）。
根據報備文件，自動化存儲和檢索系統合約為期1年。
辛建文捲門相信，上述合約降正面貢獻公司的營業額和盈利表現。【中国报财经】

Bhd., has been awarded a contract valued at approximately USD10.8 million from Asia Pangasius Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of Hund Vuong Corporation in Vietnam for the supply of racking solutions and Automated Storage and Retrieval System (“ASRS systems”).
2.0 DURATION OF THE CONTRACT The estimated time for the completion of the ASRS systems shall be a period of one year commencing from the date of signing of the ASRS systems Contract.
3.0 RISK FACTORS The contract work involves the supply of racking solutions and ASRS systems which is the core business of SKB Storage Industries Sdn. Bhd.. The risks are the normal operational risks associated in the usual course of business.
4.0 FINANCIAL EFFECTS The contract work is expected to contribute positively to the revenue and earnings of SKB group. The contract work is project specific and is not renewable.
5.0 DIRECTORS’ AND SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDERS’ INTEREST None of the Directors, major shareholders of SKB group and / or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the contract.
6.0 STATEMENT BY DIRECTORS The Board of Directors of SKB is of the opinion that the above award of contract is in the ordinary course of business and in the best interest of SKB group.
7.0 APPROVALS REQUIRED The transaction is not subject to the approval of shareholders of SKB or any relevant authorities.
