（吉隆坡14日讯）辛建文卷门（SKBSHUT，7115，主板工业产品股）子公司辛建文卷门制造有限公司与雪州发展局（PKNS）达成协议，向后者购买位于双溪毛糯一块土地，总值5490万5200令吉。

根据文告，辛建文卷门从2002年开始向当局租借该土地，为期30年，用于制造与储藏产品用途，而在做出商业考量后，决定向雪州发展局购下该土地。

该土地位于双溪毛糯的北根巴魯（Pekan Baru）。

辛建文卷门已支付20%或1098万1040令吉作为定金，剩余将分期完成付款。

辛建文推介防火卷门 放眼明年底获新订单

（吉隆坡22日讯）辛建文卷门（SKBSHUT，7115，主板工业产品股）放眼未来2年内，由新系列的产品即防火卷门推动公司业务。

该公司执行董事辛秀慧（译音）指出，上述产品刚刚获得有关当局批准在我国使用，符合大厦的安全监管指标，所以目前正极力推介。

她昨天在该公司的股东大会后，对记者指出：“我们预计，新订单会在明年底前开始流入。”

她还说，目前该公司是东南亚区内唯一的防火卷门制造商，并计划在国内和新加坡宣传该产品。

展望未来，该公司也将继续强化东盟、南亚、中东和欧洲的出口市场。

辛建文卷门5490万购地

（吉隆坡19日讯）辛建文卷门（SKBSHUT，7115，主板工业产品股）以5490万5200令吉，收购雪州发展局（PKNS）位于双溪毛糯的地皮。

根据文告，上述地皮面积达4万8637平方米，是99年期地契的工业地皮。

此合约是由子公司SKB Shutters制造私人有限公司（简称SKBSM），与雪州发展局签署。

买家将向银行或金融机构获取融资，以作为部分购买地皮的资金。

截至去年6月30日，该地皮的净账面价值企于542万8149令吉。

辛建文卷门表示，收购是公司的计划之一，以持续在现有的建筑物内营运，中长期内也可贡献未来净利及股东价值。
