(吉隆坡21日讯)卖地获利与棕油产品售价走高,莫实得种植(BPLANT,5254,主板种植股)截至9月杪第三季,净利飙14倍至5亿6242万4000令吉或每股35.15仙,并宣布派息10仙加送红股。
该公司今日向交易所报备,营业额按年减8%,报1亿8342万7000令吉。若与次季相比,其实是攀升8%。
首九月赚6.28亿
累计九个月,净利按年涨2.5倍,录得6亿2879万5000令吉;营业额按年增6%至5亿4193万4000令吉。
若排除5亿5490万令吉卖地盈利,累计九个月净利其实是按年走高68%,归功于原棕油价格改善。
莫实得种植表现亮眼,董事部宣布派发每股3仙中期股息,以及7仙特别股息。
除权日、享有权益日和支付日,分别落在12月6日、8日和19日。
同时,为了回馈股东和提高流通量,该公司计划以五股送二股比例,送出6亿4000万股红股,料在明年首季完成。
棕油价超预期
莫实得种植副主席丹斯里罗丁对前景乐观。
“迈入末季,尽管半岛和沙巴区域鲜果串产量改善,但可能受气候、劳工短缺和砂拉越土质所影响。此外,与印尼的竞争激烈,导致大马出口增幅低于预期。”
尽管如此,他解释,原棕油价格超出预期,因为埃尔尼诺后产量复苏不如预期。
“预计良好的原棕油价格会持续获得支撑,若原棕油产量低于预期,价格更有上升潜能。全球需求强劲和库存水平舒适,也将支撑原棕油价格。”
“此外,我们购买1万1600公顷沙巴种植地的计划进度良好。一旦完成,将长期为公司释放大量价值。”

售槟城3地皮
莫实得种植料赚1.16亿

(吉隆坡25日讯)莫实得种植(BPLANT,5254,主板种植股)以总值1亿3604万3971令吉,脱售3块位于槟城威北的土地,总面积138.89公顷。
莫实得种植向交易所报备,已分别与2家公司达成买卖协议;当中,以8114万2971令吉,脱售82.84公顷土地给Sunrich Conquest私人有限公司;而Titanium Greenview私人有限公司,以总值5490万1000令吉,收购2块总面积达56.05公顷的土地。
据莫实得种植文告,这些土地原是油棕园,85%已植树,且全已晋成熟期(10至20年);但年产量从2015年的每公顷23.25吨,减至2016年的13.65吨;盈利也从2015年的45.8万令吉,减至33.4万令吉。
莫实得种植指出,独立估价师认为这些土地的合理市价是1.31亿令吉,估计能从中获1.16亿令吉收益,或每股7仙。
94%脱售所得会用于偿还银行贷款。
莫实得种植副主席丹斯里罗丁在文告中指,因有关地段临近市镇,售价才会比账面价值高,为股东提升价值。【e南洋】

最新进展
莫实得种植(BPLANT,5254,主板种植股)以总值1亿3604万3971令吉,脱售3块位于槟城威北的土地,总面积138.89公顷。
预计可从中获得经脱售收益1亿1590万令吉,94%脱售所得会用于偿还银行贷款。
行家建议
我们看好这项脱售活动,因为有助释放价值,且脱售所得大部分用于偿还债务,减轻资产负债表的压力,这让公司能够投入7亿5000万令吉的资本开销,落实去年10月签署收购沙巴拉卜和苏骨区的42块种植地。
脱售价约1亿3600万令吉,相等于每公顷企业价值(ev/ha)97万9508令吉或每平方尺9.10令吉,比独立估价师评估的市价高3.8%。
每平方尺9.10令吉,比之前收购槟城威北县面积达677.78公顷的地皮,每平方尺8.50令吉的收购价,还要高出7%。
在等待进一步消息之际,我们维持净利和周息率预测。但是,如果该公司计划维持2017财年的高股息,就需要脱售更多土地。

再砸4.3亿沙巴购地 莫实得种植扩大地库

(吉隆坡8日讯)莫实得种植(BPLANT,5254,主板种植股)有意斥资4亿3300万令吉,收购位于沙巴佔地5531.25公顷的种植地,包括一座每小时產量60公吨的棕油厂。
莫实得种植今天发文告宣布,独资子公司--Boustead Rimba Nilai私人有限公司(简称BRNSB)发出意向书予Sit Seng & Sons Realty私人有限公司,以便向后者收购以上种植地和棕油厂。
文告指出,Sit Seng & Sons Realty私人有限公司已接受BRNSB的意向书。
为达成有关交易,BRNSB將收购Sit Seng & Sons Realty的独资子公司--Lubah Plantations(S)私人有限公司和Ever-Yield私人有限公司的全部股权。
隨著卖方已接受意向书,莫实得种植將在60天內展开精密审核。
同时,为了符合意向书条款,BRNSB已支付756万令吉的可退还订金予卖方。
莫实得种植副主席丹斯里洛丁通过文告表示,这项收购是该公司继购买沙巴Labuk和Sugut的1万1600公顷土地后的另一项收购。
他说,「这符合我们扩大土地储备的战略。这些土地靠近我们在沙巴现有的其他土地,让我们得以通过经济规模获益。」
有助改善公司前景
他续称,「这项收购不止能使我们的运营成本降低,也让我们不必建设新的棕油厂。相信我们不止可以从销售棕果串获利,也可通过销售原棕油赚取更高的营业额和利润。我们有信心,上述收购將带来巨大的经济潜能和协同效益,这有助于改善公司的前景。」

Type | Announcement | Subject | OTHERS | Description | BOUSTEAD PLANTATIONS BERHAD ("BPB" OR "COMPANY")INTENTION TO ACQUIRE PLANTATION LANDS AND PALM OIL MILL IN SANDAKAN, SABAH | The terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcement dated 8 May 2018, unless otherwise stated.
We refer to the announcement dated 8 May 2018 in relation to the intention to acquire the Plantation Assets, including the Sale Shares (“Initial Intention to Acquire”).
The Board of Directors of BPB wishes to announce that BRNSB had, via its letter dated 17 July 2018 to the Vendor, agreed to purchase the following: (i) plantation lands comprising 17 titles held by the Vendor and its subsidiaries within the District of Beluran, Kinabatangan and Labuk & Sugut measuring about 12,144.99 acres, inclusive of all movable fixed assets, machineries and vehicles; and
(ii) a 75-tonne per hour palm oil mill,
for an indicative purchase consideration of RM397 million, varying the Initial Intention to Acquire. This is subject to terms and conditions to be mutually agreed by the parties and the signing of a sale and purchase agreement (“SPA”) to be executed within 30 days from 17 July 2018.
The said letter is not intended to be legally binding until and unless the SPA is entered into by all relevant parties.
