（吉隆坡26日讯）百年种植业分拆上市，宝实得种植（BPLANT，5254，主要板种植）今日正式上市马股，为马股今年最大宗首发股，市值达25亿令吉，该股首宗交易溢价6仙或3.8%至报1.66令吉。
　
作为我国最悠久和经验最丰富的种植公司之一，宝实得种植今日正式脱离母公司宝实得（BSTEAD，2771，主要板贸易）上市马股，该股开盘先扬6仙至报1.66令吉，随后持续走高，起9仙至1.69令吉。休市时，该股起4仙至1.64令吉，半日成交量7304万9300股。
　
截至4点30分，宝实得种植报1.63令吉，扬3仙，成交量8754万9700股，为热门股榜之冠。
　
以市值计算，宝实得种植在种植股内排在第11，榜首为森那美（SIME，4197，主要板贸易），市值58亿令吉；但若以土地计算，宝实得种植在众种植公司内排在第5。

今年以来最大宗
宝实得种植副主席丹斯里洛丁说：“种植业务为公司的核心业务，在过去100年，公司都在经营该业务，希望能持续经营至未来100年、200年。”
　
“以今日首发股价格1.60令吉计算，公司市值为25亿令吉，为大马今年最大宗上市计划，我们希望到了今年底，股价可以获得市场支持走高，让公司在年底达到更大市值。”
　
洛丁今日在上市仪式后的记者发布会上发表谈话，其他出席者包括宝实得种植主席丹斯里卡查里、总执行长法米、董事拿督凯鲁丁、拿督莫札尼、宝实得财务总监丹尼尔和艾芬投资银行董事经理迈姆娜胡赛。
　
洛丁指出，艾尔尼诺现象或在下半年出现，这将影响原棕油供应量和原棕油价格，预计下半年原棕油价格会走强，为每公吨2700令吉至2800令吉。在节庆推动下，原棕油需求料将获得推动。

种植地皆在国内 不涉印尼烧芭事件
洛丁强调，宝实得种植采取零焚烧政策，且公司旗下种植地皆在国内，在印尼并没有任何种植地，因此印尼烧芭事件，公司并不涉及其中。
　
“我们持著永续种植概念，不会进行焚烧活动。无论如何，我们在印尼并没有种植地。”
　
该公司总营运长周国才指出，公司采取零焚烧政策，在翻种种植地时也不会进行焚烧活动。
　
洛丁指出，公司目前拥有逾8万公顷的种植地，分别在马来半岛、沙巴和砂拉越，计划在未来3年至5年收购2万公顷土地作为公司种植地，然而公司目前还没有具体计划。
　
他指出，公司会优先物色国内土地，倘若有机会，也会考虑东南亚区域，包括印尼和缅甸等地。
　
宝实得种植将采用品质佳的种子和良好的农业措施，改善种植地效率，并尝试以机械代替人手提高效率。另外，公司每年都会拨出1亿令吉作为研发用途。
