Carimin石油拟进军建筑业务

（吉隆坡22日讯）由于石油与天然气领域低迷，Carimin石油（Carimin Petroleum Bhd）正寻求股东批准其多元化至建筑业务的计划。

该公司今日向大马交易所报备，已在今年7月执行一项股票买卖协议，以83万8000万令吉收购Noblecorp Builders（现称为Carimin Bina私人有限公司）的60%股权。

Carimin Bina主要从事土木合约和岩土工程。

该公司补充，该收购已于8月8日完成，Carimin Bina已成为Carimin持股60%的子公司。

Carimin主要提供岸外连接与调试服务、维修、工程和小型制造服务。

该公司说，多元化预计可为集团带来新的收入来源，并预计新业务可为未来的净利作出超过25%的贡献。

“因此，董事部建议召开股东特别大会，寻求股东批准多元化计划。”

Carimin保证，打算继续现有的主要业务，作为主要商业活动。

Carimin Bina目前承接3项合约，总计1664万令吉，包括新山的岩土工程、万宜兴建一座一层宴会厅与两层办公室，以及赛城的斜坡稳固工程。

如无意外，Carimin预计在今年第四季完成这项计划。

不单靠油气业务
CARIMIN多元化至建筑业

（吉隆坡22日讯）尽管油气领域前景欠佳，但Carimin石油（CARIMIN，5257，主板贸易服务股）未来还是会兼顾油气以及新涉足的建筑业务。

Carimin石油董事经理莫达哈欣指出：“基于油价走低，我们才会多元化业务至建筑领域，不过不会停止油气业务的运作。”

莫达哈欣今天在常年股东和特别大会后，向媒体发表谈话。

“油气业务仍是集团的核心业务，一开始集团以油气业务起家，但是为了增加营业额，我们必须多元化旗下业务。”

Carimin石油多元化业务至建筑领域的建议，也在今日的特大里获得股东批准。

Carimin石油在7月22日，签署股权买卖协议，以83万8000令吉收购Noblecorp Builders私人有限公司（现称为Carimin Bina私人有限公司，CBSB）60%的股权。

收购计划完成后，CBSB成为Carimin石油持股60%的子公司，负责一般土木合约与土质工程。

莫达哈欣还说，预计Carimin Bina私人有限公司（CBSB），未来将为集团带来超过25%的营业额和净利。

不过，询及集团会否更改名称时，他说集团还是会维持油气业务，所以不会更换名称。

续物色收购目标

至于未来的收购计划，莫达哈欣说，集团目前还在找寻合适且能为集团带来增值的目标。

他拒绝透露更多关于收购计划详情，仅表示考虑收购区域或本地公司。

目前，集团的负债率为0.4倍，现金流有6000万令吉。

对于明年的展望，他说：“未来，集团会继续扩展建筑业务。至于油气业务，集团目前也正竞标5至6项合约。”

加力敏延長加工廠開發期限

（吉隆坡6日訊）基于石油與天然氣活動減少，加力敏（CARIMIN，5257，主要板貿服）計劃延長小型加工廠的開發期限12個月，直至今年12月31日。

加力敏向馬證交所報備，共通過首發股（IPO）籌得1200萬令吉資金。

其中用于購買离岸支援船隻（3530萬令吉）、償還銀行貸款（800萬令吉）、營運開銷（795萬令吉）和支付上市經費（350萬令吉）的資金都已被使用。

根據報備文件，所籌集的資金還剩1110萬令吉，原本計劃在18個月內用于開發位于登嘉樓德洛嘉隆（Teluk Kalong）工業區的小型加工廠。

（吉隆坡5日讯）Carimin石油（CARIMIN，5257，主板贸易服务股）子公司Carimin工程，与Emas能源（泰国）有限公司（简称Emas公司）达成合作协议，联合参与国内和区域相关项目的竞标活动。

Carimin工程的专长是综合连接、建筑与启动（HUC）、离岸设施维修、船舶供应、岸上的设备制造和油气领域人力服务。

而Emas公司主要提供预先调试、调试、退役、插拔（well plug）服务的油气领域工程解决方案。

通过这项合作，双方计划结合资源和经验，联合参与国内和区域国家相关项目的投标活动。
