赚50%、1倍如果只买100unit也是赚不多。如果起RM0.30你买的volumn够大也是会赚多。

削減面値　股票整合
毎股MYR1.00削減至毎股MYR0.50
完成後　2面値MYR0.50的2股、整合為毎股面値MYR1.00


請問這対我持有的Narra有什麼影響
我有10Lot（10 x 1,000)
該賣還是持有

1。几个月前买了KELADI 现在已涨了25%， 不知现在该卖不卖？
2。一个月前买了OPCOM，现在已涨10%，也不知该卖不卖？已知要发BONUS 1：4， 但日期还未公布。。。。是不是等拿了红股才决定卖？？

各位大大，请帮小弟分析一下。

Capital reduction of the issued and paid-up share capital of Narra Industries Berhad (“Narra”) via the cancellation of RM0.50 of the par value of every existing ordinary share of RM1.00 each in Narra (“Narra Share”) and thereafter consolidation of 2 ordinary shares of RM0.50 each in Narra into 1 ordinary share of RM1.00 each in Narra (“New Narra Share”) (“Capital Reduction and Share Consolidation”).

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted [ "Ex - Offer" ]
as from : [ 12 August 2014 ]

2) The last date of lodgement : [ 14 August 2014 ]

Remarks : Participating Organisations are to take note of the following Capital Reduction and Share Consolidation exercise by NARRA INDUSTRIES BERHAD.
The Capital Reduction and Share Consolidation comprise the following :-

(a) Capital reduction of the issued and paid-up share capital of Narra Industries Berhad (“ Narra”) via the cancellation of RM0.50 of the par value of every existing ordinary share of RM1.00 each in Narra (“Narra Share”) and thereafter

(b) Consolidation of 2 ordinary shares of RM0.50 each in Narra into 1 ordinary share of RM1.00 each in Narra (“New Narra Share”) (“Capital Reduction and Share Consolidation”)

In relation to the Capital Reduction and Share Consolidation undertaken by NARRA as a SPEEDS Corporate Exercise, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad would like to highlight that :

(a) on or after the Ex-date on 12 August 2014, trading of NARRA shares will be based on the newly adjusted share after the Capital Reduction and Share Consolidation of NARRA shares,

(b) on the basis of settlement taking place on or after 14 August 2014 with consolidated NARRA shares of RM1.00 each, any entitled shareholder who owns NARRA shares as at Ex-date may sell only up to the maximum NARRA shares he expects to receive after the Capital Reduction and Share Consolidation, i.e. the reduced amount, on or after the Ex-date 12 August 2014.

With the adjustments pursuant to the Capital Reduction and Share Consolidation effected on NARRA shareholders’ CDS account at the end of the Entitlement Date (“Books Closure Date”), an entitled NARRA shareholder may use the following basis to estimate the maximum number of NARRA shares that he may sell from the Ex-date until the Book Closing Date which is from 12 August 2014 until 14 August 2014.

Number of NARRA shares that may be sold on 12 August 2014 until 14 August 2014	=	Number of shares held x 0.50
		(All fractional shares computed should be disregarded)

Illustration: 看這個例子。。。

For example, if Mr X owns or purchases 1000 NARRA shares (of RM1.00 par value each) on cum basis on 11 August 2014, his CDS account would still show 1000 NARRA shares ( of RM1.00 par value each ) until 14 August 2014. However, as a result of the above Capital Reduction and Share Consolidation exercise, Mr X’s 1000 NARRA shares of RM1.00 each in his CDS account will be adjusted to 500 NARRA shares of RM1.00 each on the night of 14 August 2014 which is the Book Closing Date. Therefore Mr X may, if he so wishes, sells only up to 500 NARRA shares of RM1.00 each on or after the Ex-date i.e. from 12 August 2014 onwards.

Participating Organisations are hereby requested to caution all dealers and remisiers that, during the period from 12 August 2014 until 14 August 2014, they are only entitled to sell the maximum of 50% of the shares owned. Participants Organisations are reminded that it is important to caution all dealers and remisiers on the above to prevent the dealers and remisiers from overselling of their client’s position.

股票都要守个几年才能赚超过50%吧，除非好运刚好买到有庄家或炒手炒的才能快速赚点钱吧

我才一年买股经验，只要看到ＥＰＳ没　NEGATIVE　，我就敢买点点，几个月后就卖了。。。不知对不对？
不等钱用，只卖赚的。。。手上ＡＡＸ，ＸＤＬ，　ＫＡＲＹＯＮ，Ｐ＆Ｏ　都小亏。。。在等机会。
