租金支出與收入回酬

各位做種植業的大大，本人代在台朋友詢問以上幾個問題。

1。現在JB一帶的農業地租金大約多少，以sqft來算，如50K sqft，平均大約多少per sqft。
2。台商打算拿來種甜木薯，以現在農夫收人大約是多少呢，如種植50K sqft的木薯。

i jz sharing . mayb i was wrong too. hahaha
1-the rental is basic on the owner, and the type of the land(for comm or agri use)
2-1acre around 43560squarefeet is not mistaken, 1 year below rm 1k (high approximate some land 300-800 also got)per year.
3-the income of the farmer, normaly is boss. so depend wat they palnt n how the marketprice. it cant fix at certain figure
4-木薯 as i knw, dun near road side . more ez been steal. and need lot of manpower.
5-as my suggestion. how bout try to plant some organic vege try to enter the singapure market?
