2017年进入到了第八个月份，WSWT“足球队”的不败金身终究还是被打破了。在8月份罕见地出现投资组合中90%的股票都是下跌的。造成投资组合单月下跌超过3%，所幸year to date的回酬还能保持在20%以上，继续保持一年赚20%的目标。

股价经过调整的公司
SCGM在本月分发红股外加凭单，所以笔者在记录股价时已经换算为未调整前的价格，这里的价格中已经包含所获得的凭单在内。这项举动是希望能帮助读者比较当前的价格与未派发红股前的价格，也更容易的计算上升与下跌的percentage。

本月最多消息的公司
本月有重大消息的公司当属跌得最严重的Comcorp，单月下跌了将近10%。Comcorp在8月中宣布与国内大亨陈志远旗下公司U Television的官司失利后股价开始跌破80仙水平。但也在本月份的最后一个交易日宣布新业务“绿色能源”终于正式上路了。对Comcorp有兴趣的投资者们所期待的“绿色能源”可以说是千呼万唤始出来，希望能为2018年财政年营业额作出贡献。

业绩下跌而影响的公司
除了Comcorp以外，跌得最多的分别为Prlexus和Scicom两家公司。Prlexus在6月最后一个交易日公布季报后在7月份股价已经下跌了14%，本月份延续跌势又下跌了7%。公司在去年就开始扩建厂房，提高生产线，但在没有业绩支撑的请况下逐渐让股东失去了信心，股价下跌就是股东们失望的反应。Scicom在业绩未公布前股价已经开始偷偷下跌，笔者本来还以为是业绩公布前的“有意压低股价”，但在业绩公布后却原来不是那么一回事。营业额的下跌让笔者有些许失望，难道Sri Lanka最大BPO的生意还没纪录在营业额里吗？但毛利率(gross profit margin)的进步还是让笔者眼前一亮。至于另一支与Scicom有异曲同工之妙的公司就是OKA，同样的在营业额下跌的情况下保持毛利率增长。唯一不同的是OKA靠着比去年同季更低的税务开销而让本季度的盈利相比去年提高了4%。另外一家建材公司CHINHIN则交出营业额与盈利双双下滑的业绩，但股价下跌空间不大，在RM1.30水平有支撑。

业绩上扬的公司
本月份只有两家公司的业绩是明显上升的，分别是BIOHLDG和Kerjaya。BIOHLDG的营业额上涨了10%盈利上涨77%，主要贡献来自于本地与中国方面的业务。至于Kerjaya营业额上涨24%盈利上涨34%，盈利单季突破30mil大关！BIOHLDG股价稳稳地站上RM0.25但Kerjaya却还在RM3.60-RM3.70水平盘整。

零售出口表现出色
科鼎业绩将续创新高

（瓜拉登嘉楼7日讯）虽然去年营业额和净利已创上市来新高，著名草药商科鼎（BIOHLDG，0179，创业板消费股）董事经理韩丁国透露，今年的表现还会更上一层楼。

他指出，公司乐观看待前景，可归功于国内经济好转，以及零售业务和出口业务的出色表现。

“我们可看见的是，营业额节节上升，只要维持正常的赚幅，相信净利也可再次报捷。”

他昨日带领媒体和分析员，参观登嘉楼的草药园和厂房后，对记者发表上述谈话。

科鼎的次季业绩在不久前出炉，不得不提的是，累计首半年净利因有2项单次开销，仅取得51万4000令吉，按年跌66%。

该2项单次开销，分别是执行雇员股权计划的180万令吉，和附加股计划的55万令吉，两项计划的开销总计235万令吉。

不过，次季净利依然录得增长，达246万9000令吉，比去年同期高77%。

韩丁国认为，该2项单次开销并不会影响公司的全年净利表现。

另外，次季和首半年营业额也非常亮眼，分别录得1315万7000令吉和2178万8000令吉，各别扬升10%和15%。

根据科鼎提供的资料，公司2016全年营业额为4710万令吉，而净利则录得850万令吉。

印尼新厂投运在即

另外，韩丁国点出，印尼的新厂房即将投入生产，之后将可加快公司产品输出的步伐。

“原本需时2年的时间，现在只需半年就能完成相同数量产品的生产。”

他续透露，未来1年半内，将在当地推出12个新产品。

中国推5新产品

根据资料，印尼在去年是公司最主要的出口市场，占制造业务销售额42%。

而科鼎的第二大出口市场则是中国，占去年制造业务销售额40%，亦是去年总营业额上扬的主要推动力。韩丁国指出，今年公司会在该地推出5种新产品。

“中国有很庞大的回教人口，我们的清真认证产品，在当地将有巨大的增长空间。”

进军电子商务

另一方面，科鼎计划进军电子商务，将推出线上零售药剂店—e-Constant，并放眼网店可在明年开始贡献营业额。

韩丁国指出，公司计划以分销联营奖赏制（referral program）的方式吸引会员加入，以求达到消费者和公司双赢的局面。

“我们已设下目标，希望今年之前可招纳1万名会员。”

他继续补充，公司的终极目标是网店有800万名成员。

另外，公司未来18个月的农业相关业务开销将达500万令吉。

资料显示，其中300万令吉将用于农地清空，而剩余的200万令吉将用作基建设施扩建。

科鼎今日闭市时收25.5仙，升0.5仙，或2%，成交量达929万9700股。

冀药剂连锁店贡献50%

韩丁国放眼，旗下零售业务——Constant药剂连锁店，在未来数年可贡献50%营业额。

他透露，公司将在今年底前，再开13间连锁店，届时全马的店面总数将达30间。

“虽然媒体常追问我为什么要加入竞争激烈的下游零售业务，而我的回答始终如一，即是公司可通过零售店面商业化更多产品。”

此外，他指出，公司拥有自己的上下游业务，可维持比同行较高的赚幅。

根据公司资料，上财年零售业务的收入为1540万令吉，仅占公司总营业额的32%。

国投支持拓展

另一方面，韩丁国点出，据公司理解，大股东国民投资机构对他们有信心的原因，是因为对公司零售业务的扩展，以及e-constant的表现抱有希望。

根据公司最新资料，截至2017年8月，国民投资机构持有公司股权10.3%。【e南洋】

自建草药园生产原料．科鼎控股前景可期

（吉隆坡11日讯）科鼎控股（BIOHLDG，0179，创业板消费品组）自建草药园生产原料，分析员认为，虽然草药园短期盈利贡献不多，长期却相当可观，且赚幅高达50%，因此看好这项计划。

联昌研究参观该公司登嘉楼巴西拉惹（Pasir Raja）草药园后表示，该中心面积高达1004英亩，产量为200公吨，预期2020年该公司草药产量高达2000吨。

该公司在2014年被东海岸经济特区（ECER）委任为主要的发展公司之一，主要发展草药中心。

该草药园其中124英亩已经种植了不同草药，包括卡琪花蒂玛（Kacip Fatimah）、东革阿里、洛神花、姜、香茅、木瓜、椰子及黑胡椒。椰子与东革阿里的成熟期为5至7年，木瓜仍有1年的成熟期。

目前，该公司的东革阿里原材料是向原住民采购，不过，面对采购量有限，因过去数年，中国采购了不少东革阿里。联昌预期2020年时，东革阿里原料可自给自足，长远而言，工业园有利于科鼎控股。

科鼎控股放眼，该草药中心在2017年将有200吨草药原料，联昌假设，草药工业园每公斤的原料销售价为3令吉，税前赚幅为50%，营业额及税前盈利为60万及30万令吉，但2020年之时，草药原料的产量高达2000吨，营业额与税前盈利将提高至600万及300万令吉。

分析员说，目前并未纳入草药园的盈利贡献。

长远而言，联昌看好科鼎控股可加大出口量至中国及印度，风险则需面对国内销售放缓。联昌维持该公司“买进”

评级及37仙目标价不变，2018财政年的本益比估值20倍左右，对比小型股的本益比则为25倍。

新产品出口提振．科鼎盈利成长强劲

（吉隆坡19日讯）部署转板的科鼎控股（BIOHLDG，0179，创业板消费品组），业务成长将受到新产品和出口的提振。此外，该公司与大马合作社组织（ANGKASA）的拓展计划也有望能在2018财政年之前提升收益。

乐天研究指出，科鼎控股是国内领先的综合健康补充品公司，不仅在雪兰莪万宜和印尼廖内拥有两家工厂，也在登嘉楼巴西拉惹和柔佛迪沙鲁设有1300英亩草药园。

科鼎控股的健康补充品拥有清真认证，主要出口市场是印尼和中国，未来计划分别在印尼、中国和大马推出27种、12种和10种新产品。

科鼎控股的药剂行品牌是Constant，目前拥有17家分行，预料2018年之前扩充至30家。该公司最近与ANGKASA合作，预期可透过全国1万2000家合作社及800万会员扩充在线e-Constant业务。

科鼎控股拥有稳定的资产负债表，净现金达2580万令吉。该行预测该公司2018财政年盈利成长率为42.8%。

乐天给予科鼎控股“买进”评级，目标价为38仙，目标本益比为2018财政年的19倍。

科鼎香港子公司攻研发经销

（吉隆坡6日讯）科鼎（BIOHLDG，0179，创业板消费股）宣布，在香港成立独资子公司负责研发及分销活动，借此把业务版图扩大到香港及中国。

科鼎日前发文告指出，上述子公司为Bioalpha（香港）有限公司，缴足资本为200万港元（约108万令吉），主要负责研发活动、制造、进出口、分销及贸易保健产品，并且会在香港科技园进行研发活动。

科鼎董事经理韩丁国指出，成立香港子公司，标记着科鼎又向前迈进一步，证明集团要进一步涉足中国市场的承诺。

他说，集团将利用在香港的新研发中心，针对当地及中国市场，开发新产品和配方。  

此外，科鼎会申请香港科学及科技园机构（HKSTP）提供的辅助金，若获批准，必然会加速发展进度。【e南洋】

“阿里巴巴是世界上最大的電子商務之一，擁有廣泛的影響力，可助我們滲入新的市場。”

盡管中國仍是阿里巴巴最大的市場，但該平台聚集了來自190多個國家的消費者，每日互換的信息流量超過10萬條。因此，科鼎冀藉此提高旗下產品和服務的全球意識，進一步擴大出口銷售。

科鼎攻海外穆斯林市场
冀销售保持双位数增长

（吉隆坡14日讯）科鼎（BIOHLDG，0179，创业板）计划以新疆为枢纽，进军周围国家，相信出口销售会持续双位数增长。

根据文告，董事经理韩丁国称，为了进一步提高出口销售，以新疆为枢纽，进军拥有穆斯林人口的周围国家，如蒙古、印度、哈萨克和巴基斯坦。

“其实，我们刚运输首批保健品至内蒙古。我们乐观看待前景，相信出口销售会持续双位数增长。”

此外，该公司在中国推出具清真认证的保健品，主攻当地穆斯林居多的区域。

这些新产品，包括抗老与瘦身产品，以及加入东南亚草药的茶和咖啡。

韩丁国指出，推出新产品反映了扩大中国业务的承诺。
