億馬建築 獲1.6億套房發展工程

(吉隆坡4日訊)億馬建築(IKHMAS,5268,主要板建築)宣佈,獲Star Effort私人有限公司頒發總值1億6640萬令吉工程意向書(LOA)。

億馬建築向馬證交所報備,子公司億馬建築私人有限公司獲Star Effort私人有限公司頒發總值1億6640萬令吉工程意向書,承接后者旗下服務式套房(Service Suite)發展計劃工程。

根據報備文件,該合約為期29個月,始于今年1月2日,料在2018年6月1日竣工;預計正面貢獻該公司2016財年末的盈利和淨資產。【中国报财经】

1. Introduction
IKHMAS is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ikhmas Jaya Sdn. Bhd. has today agreed and accepted the terms and conditions of the Letter of Award from Star Effort Sdn. Bhd., to undertake the project known as “Cadangan Pembangunan Kediaman 2 Blok (357 Unit) Pangsapuri Servis ‘Suite’ di atas Lot 358, 360, 361 dan Sebahagian Tanah Kerajaan, Jalan Talalla, Seksyen 69, Bandar Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan” (“the Project”) for Messrs Star Effort Sdn. 2. The Contract Value
The contract value of the Project is RM166,400,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred Sixty Six  Million Four Hundred Thousand only) (inclusive of Goods and Service Tax).

3. The Duration of the Project
The Contract is for a period of 29 months and is expected to commence on 2 January 2016 and complete by 1 June 2018.

4. The effect on Net Assets and Earnings of the Group
The abovementioned Project is expected to contribute positively to IKHMAS's earnings and net assets for the financial year ending 31 December 2016.

5. Directors’ and Major Shareholders’ Interest
None of the Directors or Major Shareholders or persons connected to the Directors or Major Shareholders of the Company has any direct or indirect interest in the Project.

亿马建筑 新合约每年赚550万

亿马建筑(IKHMAS,5268,主板建筑股)宣布,获得总值1亿6640万令吉的建筑合约,以在吉隆坡兴建公寓。

这项合约是由Star Effort私人有限公司,颁发给亿马建筑的子公司Ikhmas Jaya,负责在吉隆坡兴建357个单位的公寓。

合约为期29个月,1月2日动工,预计可在2018年6月1日竣工,估计贡献2016财年的净利和净资产。

行家建议
假设上述合约的净赚幅为10%,2016至2018财年里,每年便能贡献约550万令吉净利。

该合约为亿马建筑在今年取得开门红,并已占了我们2016财年3.3亿令吉新增合约预测的51%。

此外,亿马建筑手上的订单也因而提高至2.8亿令吉。

由于市场对于打桩的需求依然殷切,我们预测亿马建筑的新订单陆续有来。

我们认为,亿马建筑也是第11大马计划旗下新基建项目的受惠公司。

该公司从KayangKemas有限公司,获得爱极乐路至马六甲市提升工程的附属工程,在Interchange No.7的桥梁建设工程,负责供应建筑材料、员工和机械。

文告中指出,这项目为期18个月,从今年3月起,至2017年8月。

(吉隆坡28日訊)億馬建築(IKHMAS,5268,主要板建築)宣佈,子公司獲頒總值1億7350萬令吉合約,受委為吉隆坡49層樓服務式公寓的主要承包商。

亿马建筑 新合约增至4亿

假设这项合约的净赚幅为12%,预计可在2016至2019财年,每年贡献520万令吉的净利。

这项计划预计可获得更佳的赚幅,因为工程范围包括顶部和底部的建筑构造。

在纳入这项合约后,亿马建筑今年以来获得的新合约增至4亿520万令吉,超越了我们之前预测的3.3亿令吉。

因此,上修对该公司的今年新订单目标至5亿令吉。

亿马建筑 新订单或推高财测

今年迄今,亿马建筑(IKHMAS,5268,主板建筑股)已经取得总值4.38亿令吉的新工程订单,足以让公司忙碌至2019年8月。

在新订单里,除了总值1.66亿令吉的Opus服务式公寓工程外,其他三项合约皆是打桩架构工程。

目前,新订单总值已经超越该公司去年营业额的63%。

行家建议
亿马建筑今年攫取的新订单,已经达到我们5亿令吉预测目标的88%,我们相信在年底时,将会有更多订单流入,因此,盈利预测会有上调的空间。

公司目前正在竞标约30亿令吉的合约,其中包括了泛婆罗洲大道(和砂拉越公司合作并取得预选资格)、捷运路线2,以及西马的多条高速公路工程。

据悉,亿马建筑所瞄准的泛婆罗洲大道工程,主要是造桥项目,因为拥有这方面的专业。

我们估计,2016至2018财年的盈利年均复增(CAGR)达26%,净赚幅则有约10%。

冀获1至2项目
亿马建筑竞标89亿工程

(梳邦再也20日讯)亿马建筑(IKHMAS,5268,主板建筑股)正竞标89亿令吉工程,放眼今年能获得当中的1至2项工程项目。董事经理拿督洪振相今日在集团股东大会后的记者会上表示,根据集团以往20年的得标记录,得标率为6%,期望今年也可维持或高于这个水平。

他说,目前集团竞标的工程包括捷运第二路线(MRT2)、泛婆罗洲大道(Pan-Borneo highway),以及公寓项目等。

手握7亿订单

亿马建筑的主要业务有打桩与基建工程、桥梁建造,以及建筑物建设。

洪振相表示,集团与砂拉越Titanium Project Management私人有限公司联手竞标的泛婆罗洲大道工程项目,正等待竞标结果。

而集团和合作伙伴法国建筑公司Eiffage,也入围了轻快铁第三路线(LRT3)的工程竞标。

目前,亿马建筑在手工程总值达7亿令吉,可让集团维持忙碌2年。

一同出席媒体发布会的包括亿马建筑执行董事洪伟政,以及财务总监林芳妮。

今年营业额可超去年

洪振相估计集团旗下工程的赚幅可维持在接近10%的水平,并预计营业额表现可优于去年。

他表示,亿马建筑政正计划将业务版图,延伸至轨道工程。

由于政府陆续推出许多基建工程,洪振相对集团的展望抱持乐观态度,并期望未来可取得4亿令吉的年度营业额表现。【e南洋】

亿马建筑(IKHMAS,5268,主板建筑组)的业务进展如何?最新消息是什么?

答:今年为止,亿马建筑已攫取4亿3800万令吉新工程合约,并放眼今年杪前再攫取另外5亿令吉合约,惟分析员认为全年新合约料仅5亿令吉左右。

亿马建筑管理层透露,在最好情况下,放眼今年杪前攫取另外5亿令吉的工程合约,特别是规模较大政府公共工程合约。

大马投行将亿马建筑2016年预测净利成长下调至13.3%(之前预测为45.9%),惟至2017年时的净利成长则加速至29.6%,主要受到6亿6600万令吉订单的推动。

大马投行将2016至2018年净利预测下调22%、20%及10%,主要是两项工程计划出现拖延情况,即巴生河流域以外的一项道路提升计划的高桥配套、及在巴生河流域一项高楼大厦的低层工程配套。

该公司未能标得泛婆罗洲高速大道、淡江大道(SUKE)、及一马房屋发展计划配套,惟该公司相信,这些工程合约的得标者一般上并没有把价格增加,以及工程延迟因素计算在内。

该行指出,由于泛婆大道、捷运地下铁第2线路及主要高速大道的竞标活动激烈,该公司转为寻求这些工程计划的二手承包机会。

亿马建筑有可能接手泛婆大道的一些二手承包合约,惟该公司将需要先确定主要承建商,必须有能力控制建筑材料的供应与定价。

大马投行虽然下调净利预测,不过合理价维持在每股92仙,或等于预测本益比13倍水平,并维持“买进”评级。

工程延宕.亿马3年财测下调

(吉隆坡8日讯)亿马建筑(IKHMAS,5268,主板建筑组)受工程延宕影响,2016财政年业绩料受挫,分析员调低今后3年财测29%、9%与8%,但认为该公司前景依然亮丽,可从建筑业蓬勃发展中受惠。

大马投行在会见该公司管理层后下调财测,主要因为两大工程进一步展延。

“主要延宕出现在巴生河流域的天桥提升配套,因需迁移有关公用设施(非亿马负责)。另外,亿马也等待巴生河高楼计划的地面工程完成(因土地一些状况延宕),才能施工。”

该行预测亿马这个财政年盈利减19.5%(相比以往预测增13.3%),并预期2017财政年强力反弹66.4%,主要受未完成6亿6600万令吉工程筑底,而有三分一来自上述两项受延宕工程。

“预测未来数月可获接收上两项延宕工程之工地,而正式施工;因而上两项工程可在2017财政年全面做出贡献。”

手握4亿合约
放眼再获5亿

尽管该公司管理层认为手握逾4亿令吉工程,可再获5亿令吉新工程,大马投资银行则谨慎预测今后3财政年每年只获5亿令吉工程。

亿马建筑有大批工程在手非常讨喜,加上有强劲获取第二捷运计划、泛婆罗洲大道等大道的打桩与地基工程,这些工程将在3至6个月内颁发。

该行给予“买进”评级,目标价由92仙调低至84仙。
