亿马建筑 订单支撑明年盈利

最新进展:

近期分析员与亿马建筑(IKHMAS,5268,主板建筑股)管理层会面。

对于最近的新订单,亿马建筑认为,会获得钻孔打桩项目、总值超过5亿令吉的大型基建项目,及5亿令吉的政府建筑物工程。至今,该公司的新订单达4亿3800万令吉。

行家建议:

亿马建筑是本地蓬勃建筑领域的良好代表。订单和获得大型基建工程打桩合约的潜能,支撑盈利可见度。

不过,保守起见,我们维持2016财年至2018财年的5亿令吉年度新订单目标。

另外,客户要求加速完成Subang Skypark铁路项目,增添额外原料和人手成本,因此下修2016财年至2018财年的盈利预测,分别达30%、10%及1%。

亿马建筑应该是在交付项目后,2016财年后,才可能取回成本。

我们预计,该公司在2016财年取得的盈利会减少43.6%,惟2017财年盈利会增加1.15倍。基于手上5亿9000万令吉订单,相信将达到2017财年的盈利预测。

由于打桩领域竞争减少,维持亿马建筑“买入”评级,但下调目标价10%至76仙。

亿马建筑获5793万合约
下财年有贡献


2016年11月26日
(吉隆坡25日讯)亿马建筑(IKHMAS,5268,主板建筑股)获颁5793万7172令吉的合约,为吉隆坡一项包含公寓及办公楼的发展计划,进行土木和打桩工程。

亿马建筑向马交所报备,独资子公司Ikhmas Jaya私人有限公司,从TTDI KL Metropolis私人有限公司获得该项合约。

根据合约,将会为包含1栋51层的公寓和1栋23层的办公楼的发展计划,进行土木、打桩和底层架构工程。

服务公寓的地基工程为期8个月,预计将在明年7月17日竣工,而其他工程则为期15个月,估计在2018年2月17日完成。

该项工程不会对亿马建筑截至今年12月31日财年的净利和净资产带来影响,但预计将对2017财年作出贡献。【e南洋】

1.  Introduction
IKHMAS is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ikhmas Jaya Sdn. Bhd., has today agreed and accepted the terms and condition of the Letter of Award from TTDI KL Metropolis Sdn. Bhd. for the project known as "Cadangan pembangunan bercampur 59 tingkat yang mengandungi 1 blok 616 unit pangsapuri 51 tingkat berserta 1 tingkat kemudahan, 1 blok menara pejabat 23 tingkat, sebuah kelab eksekutif dua tingkat, di atas 8 tingkat podium yang mengandungi  6 tingkat tempat letak kereta podium dan 2 tingkat ruang perniagaan di atas 2 1/2 tingkat tempat letak kereta besmen di atas sebahagian lot 80930 (Plot 7B2), Mukim Batu Daerah Kuala Lumpur Wilayah Persekutuan" - Earthwork, Piling and Pile Cap, contiguous bored pile and substructure works (the Project) for TTDI KL Metropolis Sdn. 2.  Contract Value
The contract value of the Project is RM57,937,171.54 (Ringgit Malaysia Fifty Seven Million Nine Hundred Thirty Seven Thousand One Hundred Seventy One and Sen Fifty Four only), excluding 6% of Goods and Service Tax.

3.  Duration of the Project
The duration of the Project are as follows:-
i)  Eight months for the works in respect of the Serviced Apartment Foundation/Pilecaps/Lowest Slab and the expected date of completion shall be 17 July 2017.
ii) Fifteen months for all other works and the expected date of completion shall be 17 February 2018.

4.  Effect on Net Assets and Earnings of the Group
The abovementioned Project will have no effect on IKHMAS's earnings and net assets for the financial year ending 31 December 2016 but is expected to contribute positively for the financial year ending 31 December 2017.  

5.  Directors' and Major Shareholders' Interest
None of the Directors or Major Shareholders or persons connected to the Directors or Major Shareholders of the Company has any direct or indirect interest in the Project.

最新进展:

亿马建筑(IKHMAS,5268,主板建筑股)获颁5793万7172令吉的合约,为吉隆坡一项包含公寓及办公楼的发展计划,进行土木和打桩工程。

根据合约,将会为包含1栋51层的公寓和1栋23层的办公楼的发展计划,进行土木、打桩和底层架构工程。

行家建议:

新订单得手,让该公司在今年的新增订单额增至6亿3000万令吉。目前,未完成订单额共5亿7800万令吉。

我们保留对该公司2016和2017财年的预测,因为该合约符合我们2017财年达4亿令吉订单额的目标。

虽然第三季净利表现年挫97%,但我们对公司发展仍乐观,因为市场上的打桩和地基工程仍活跃。

在政府提倡大马经济转型执行方案(ETP)、公共交通主导发展(ToD)和走廊与城市转型计划中,预计亿马建筑在2017财年内,能从中获得相关建筑项目。

(吉隆坡4日讯)亿马建筑(IKHMAS,5268,主板建筑股)宣布,获新丰尼生活(SYMLIFE,1538,主板产业股)颁发3773万8000令吉合约,提供打桩和下部结构服务。

该公司向马交所报备,独资子公司Ikhmas Jaya私人有限公司,在1月4日接获新丰尼生活独资子公司,Symphony Crescent私人有限公司发出的得标书。

亿马建筑将为Symphony Crescent位于双威城的2座商业大楼,提供打桩和下部结构服务。

亿马建筑指,该合约为期15.5个月,预计从1月3日起生效,并于明年4月16日前完成。

虽然早前下调了净利预测,但我们依旧正面看待该股,因打桩和基建工程始终充满活力。

由于建筑工程陆续有来,相信亿马建筑会在2017财年可重新回到增长轨道。

Exofield was incorporated on 21 September 2016 and its intended principal activity is property management.

该公司向交易所报备,根据该项意向书,IJSB将会为14层楼的658个小型家庭办公室(SOHO)单位,以及1层楼的5个商铺单位及相关设施的商业大楼,进行打桩和地下结构工程。

该合约为期12个月,工程暂定从明天开始进行。

2. The Sub-Contract Value

亿马建筑获7500万和解金

(吉隆坡17日讯)亿马建筑(IKHMAS,5268,主板建筑组)获7500万令吉和解金,以和解一项子公司涉及的工程债务纠纷。

该公司旗下的亿马私人有限公司(IJSB,承包商/债权人)与D.J Design & Suppliers公司(DJ,雇主/欠债人)和SOLID PROMENADE公司(业主)达成协议,清除法律纠纷,DJ将以现金及产业方式,支付积欠IJSB的工程款,总额达7500万令吉。

IJSB在2012年获DJ Damai 88承包工程,但完工后未获付款。

亿马建筑发文告表示,DJ将以现金2874万6000令吉及价值4625万4000令吉的23单位Damai 88服务公寓赔偿给IJSB。亿马建筑预期今年杪前可获上述赔偿。

Further to our announcement dated 14 April 2017, IKHMAS is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ikhmas Jaya Sdn Bhd (IJSB) has on 27 April 2017 agreed and accepted the terms and conditions of the Letter of Award from Jack-In Pile (M) Sdn Bhd for the construction and completion of piling and Substructure Works for “Cadangan Pembangunan Perniagaan berstrata bagi 14 tingkat 658 unit ‘SOHO’ dan 1 tingkat 5 unit kedai berserta kemudahan dan serah balik sebahagian tanah di bawah Seksyen 200 Kanun Tanah Negara (KTN) di atas PT 38522, di no. 3 Jalan Uranus U5/125A, Subang Pelangi, Seksyen U5, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan” (the Project) for Pantai Berkat Sdn. Bhd.

1. The Sub-Contract Value
The sub-contract value of the Project has now been revised upwards to RM34,203,269.23 (Ringgit Malaysia Thirty four Million Two Hundred Three Thousand  Two Hundred Sixty Nine and Twenty Three Cents only) exclusive of 6% Goods and Services Tax from RM33,814,250.00 (Ringgit Malaysia : Thirty Three Million Eight Hundred Fourteen Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Only), exclusive of 6% Goods and Services Tax as stated in the Letter of Intent.

2. The Duration of the Project
The sub-contract work is now expected to commence on 2 May 2017 instead of 15 April 2017 and complete by 28 April 2018.

(吉隆坡2日讯)亿马建筑(IKHMAS,5268,主板建筑股)获得房地产投资有限公司(Pelaburan Hartanah Bhd,简称PHB)打桩工程合约,总值6240万4214令吉。

该公司今日向交易所报备,将为PHB一项位于登加楼的混合发展项目,进行土木和打桩工程。

亿马建筑指出,工程将于本月9日动工,明年5月8日完成,料能贡献今明两年净利。【e南洋】

1. Introduction
IKHMAS is pleased to announce that it has on 2 May 2017 agreed and accepted the terms and conditions of the Letter of Award from Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad, to carry out site clearance, earthworks, piling (bore) and pile cap works for “Cadangan membina dan menyiapkan pembangunan bercampur Fasa 1 yang mengandungi 1 Blok Pusat Membeli Belah 6 Tingkat termasuk Dewan Serbaguna, 1 Tingkat Separa Besmen yang sebahagian mengandungi Pasaraya dan digabungkan dengan 10 Tingkat Tempat Letak Kereta di atas Lot PT 4286, Bandar, Daerah Kuala Terengganu, Negeri Terengganu Darul Iman (“the Project”)” for Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad.

2. The Contract Value
The contract value of the Project is RM62,404,214.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Sixty Two Million Four Hundred Four Thousand Two Hundred Fourteen only) inclusive of 6% Goods and Services Tax.  

3. The Duration of the Project
The contract work is expected to commence on 9 May 2017 and complete by 8 May 2018.

4. The effect on Net Assets and Earnings of the Group
The abovementioned Project is expected to contribute positively to IKHMAS’s earnings and net assets for the financial year ending 31 December 2017 and 31 December 2018.

5. Directors’ and Major Shareholders’ Interest
None of the Directors or Major Shareholders or persons connected to the Directors or Major Shareholders of the Company has any direct or indirect interest in the Project.

亿马建筑包揽BBCC逾1.8亿结构工程

(吉隆坡5日讯)亿马建筑集团(Ikhmas Jaya Group Bhd)获总值1亿8860万令吉的合约,为武吉免登商业中心(BBCC)进行土方工程、打桩、隔水墙和钢筋混凝土工程。

BBCC是坐落于汉都亚路(Jalan Hang Tuah)/ 半山芭路(Jalan Pudu),即前半山芭监狱所在地的综合发展项目。

亿马建筑今日向大马交易所报备,独资子公司Ikhmas Jaya私人有限公司已收到BBCC Development私人有限公司的决标信。

该合约包括一座8层娱乐中心、一个多层停车场、一个多层地下室、一座43层办公楼、一间359房的27层酒店、两座连接行人桥、一座拥393个单位的47层公寓,以及一座273个单位的35层公寓。

工程预计从6月8日起的24个月内完成。

“这预计为亿马建筑截至12月31日止2017至2019财政年的盈利和净资产作出贡献。”

亿马建筑在另一份文告指出,这是该集团今年赢得的第五项合约,使迄今未完成订单达8亿8150万令吉。仅今年就获得3亿3330万令吉的合约。

集团董事经理拿督洪振相表示:“我们很荣幸有机会参与由绿盛世(Eco World Development Group Bhd)、城市发展控股公司(UDA Holdings Bhd)和雇员公积金局(EPF)共同发展,享有盛名的这个项目。我们要感谢客户对我们的信心。”

BBCC占地19.4英亩,发展总值达87亿令吉,将在未来8至10年内发展。

The abovementioned Project is expected to contribute positively to IKHMAS’s earnings and net assets for the financial years ending 31 December 2017, 31 December 2018 and 31 December 2019.

这项合约包括为2个项目进行土方工程、打桩、地下钢筋混凝土墙及钢筋混凝土工程。

行家建议:

合约为期24个月,预计会在本周四(8日)开工,相信能在2017财年末季开始贡献盈利。

今年至今,公司成功获得总值3亿3330万令吉的合约,占我们全年4亿令吉新增订单目标的83.2%。

连加新订单,未完成订单达8亿8150万令吉,假设净利赚幅为8%,预计所带来的盈利是2015财年盈利的2.8倍。

我们维持对今明财年的盈利预测,因新的合约符合我们全年4亿令吉新订单目标内。

同时,我们维持“买入”评级,以及目标价76仙,且打桩和基础工程市场依旧活跃,乐观看待公司前景,相信更多政府大型工程所带来的建筑合约,推动公司回到增长轨迹。
