房產项目明年陆续完成 绿盛世国际有望翻身

(吉隆坡16日讯)绿盛世国际(EWINT,5283,主板產业股)2017財政年次季(截至4月30日止)净亏损按年收窄,符合市场预期,分析员看好,一旦旗下房產项目陆续完成及交付,该公司明年表现会更好,有望转亏为盈。

绿盛世国际收窄亏损的好消息,激励该公司股价在周五以1.07令吉高开,盘中更一度涨7仙或6.73%,至全天最高的1.11令吉;不过,隨后回吐部份涨幅,以1.08令吉掛收,全天起4仙或3.85%,成交量为1020万5900股。

子凭母贵,绿盛世国际-CE和绿盛世国际-WA也交投炽热。不过,绿盛世国际-CE最后由升转跌,以3仙掛收,跌0.5仙或14.29%;绿盛世国际-WA则起0.5仙或1.59%,报32仙。两只凭单的成交量为2358万和1603万,是第10大和第14大热门股。

绿盛世国际周四(15日)公佈2017財政年次季业绩,净亏损从去年同期的6082万令吉,收窄至2482万令吉;营业额却按年暴跌72.59%,至3万7000令吉。

首6个月而言,该公司净亏损从去年同期的1亿1863万令吉,缩窄至3088万令吉;营业额为36万4000令吉,按年起71.70%。

对此,马银行投行分析员表示,若排除未实现外匯收益1260万令吉,绿盛世国际的核心净亏损为3740万令吉,令首6个月亏损按年扩大8%,至7900万令吉,符合预期,佔我们全年亏损预测的76%。

「今年4月3日正式在大马交易所主板上市后,绿盛世国际成为净现金公司,持有现金相等于每股50.7仙。」

截至今年5月31日止,该公司销售额为67亿3800万令吉。

展望未来,马银行投行分析员认为,绿盛世国际2017財政年全年將处于亏损,但有望在2018至2020財政年转亏为盈,因该公司將在该段期间完成及交付大部份的房產项目。绿盛世国际只能在房產项目完成及交付后,才能认列销售贡献。

他补充,绿盛世国际几乎已推出所有英国伦敦和澳洲的房產项目,除了EG2的第A03栋项目。

值得一提的是,儘管英国选择脱离欧盟,该公司在当地的產业预售表现正逐步地改善。

「此外,绿盛世国际刚在今年5月末推出的墨尔本Yarra One项目的预售表现不俗,预售率约为30%。」

儘管如此,该分析员提醒道,英国政府的悬峙议会局面,可能会进一步使英镑和伦敦產业的购兴承压,进而影响绿盛世国际的投资情绪。绿盛世国际有87%的发展总值(GDV)项目位于伦敦。

整体而言,马银行投行分析员维持绿盛世国际「守住」投资评级和目標价1.12令吉。【东方网财经】

海外工程陆续进账.绿盛世国际有望转盈

(吉隆坡12日讯)绿盛世国际(EWINT,5283,主板产业组)海外产业发展计划进展顺利,分析员看好在建设工程逐步完成后,2018财政年下半年开始盈利将陆续进账,并可藉此转亏为盈。

马银行研究预计,伦敦城市岛(London CityIsland,LCI)的盈利贡献将于2018年4月开始逐步显现,料随伦敦城市岛A和M栋建设工程完成及进行交接后,2018财政年下半年将能录得盈利。

下半年开始显现盈利

马银行相信,绿盛世国际的盈利将从2018下半年开始显现。

该行也预测,绿盛世国际在低利息和剔除一次性上市费用后,2017财政年下半年的亏损将能逐渐缩小。

马银行指出,尽管英国因为“脱欧”而局势不明朗,不过,绿盛世国际在伦敦的Embassy Gardens和Wardian项目建设工程进展顺利,平均认购率也从今年5月的61.3%增加至6月的62%,而West Village项目的认购率同样从83%增加至85%。

“另外,绿盛世国际新推出的墨尔本Yarra One项目反映不俗,获得34%的订购率,该项目每平方尺售价1068澳币(约3486令吉)。”

绿盛世国际是在今年4月,宣布收购实康(SALCON,8567,主板贸服组)澳洲实康发展公司,后者在南亚拉(South Yarra)拥有0.5英亩土地,成本效益约4100万至4200万澳币(约1亿3384万至1亿3711万令吉)。

绿盛世国际目前,在伦敦和澳洲的发展比重分别为87%和13%。

建议守住

综合以上,马银行维持绿盛世国际“守住”平均和1令吉12仙目标价。

绿盛世国际拼25亿销售

2017年9月14日
绿盛世国际(EWINT,5283,主板产业股)截至7月底第三季,净亏2419万7000令吉或每股1.01仙;上财年同期则净亏4640万5000令吉,或每股18.82仙。

绿盛世国际今日向交易所报备,当季营业额按年减少66.32%至9万7000令吉;上财年同期28万8000令吉。

绿盛世国际指,公司第三季营业额,主要来自英国项目的营销服务收费。

而旗下发展项目的营业额及净利,将会在相关项目的建设和交付工作于2018上半年完成后才入账。

英镑升值拖累

公司在第三季蒙受2223万2000令吉的税前亏损,主要是为当季英镑升值,导致账面汇兑亏损。

累计首9个月,净亏按年从1亿6503万1000令吉,收窄至5507万6000令吉;同期营业额则按年下跌7.8%至46万1000令吉。

本财年最后两个月,将努力达至25亿令吉的销售目标。【e南洋】

澳产业提振
绿盛世国际25亿销售可期


绿盛世国际(EWINT,5283,主板产业组)2017财政年9个月核心净亏损1亿零100万令吉,表现较联昌研究预期为好,归功于融资成本减少及联营亏损减少。

联昌研究认为,绿盛世国际现财政年10个月销售达16亿令吉,加上集团将在第四季推介第二项澳洲产业发展计划——Yarra One,相信将提振第四季销售,从而达到全年25亿销售目标。

有鉴于此,该行下调绿盛世国际2017财政年净亏损12%,但同时也考量未来2年英国项目行销开销增加,下调2018和2019财政年每股盈利目标14至23%。

马银行研究表示,绿盛世国际虽取得73亿令吉预售,但在交屋前都无法认列销售,因此2017财政年仍难逃亏损,更因税率较预期为高,上调2017财政年净亏损目标22%,2018和2019财政年净利目标也调低5至9%。

“不过,2018财政年将是绿盛世国际重要的一年,主要是其盈利将在下半年陆续兑现,同时英国脱欧的过度期可能在2018年杪更为明确。”

拟购Willmott Dixon房产业务70%
绿盛世国际强攻英国房市

(吉隆坡8日讯)绿盛世国际(EWINT,5283,主板产业股)与英国建筑公司Willmott Dixon签署暂定协议,计划收购Willmott Dixon旗下住宅发展业务的70%股权,壮大其在英国的版图。

根据文告,双方将携手在大伦敦及英国东南方发展12个项目。

不过,绿盛世国际有意收购Willmott Dixon旗下住宅发展业务的70%股权一事,仍有待董事部批准。

尽管最终条款有待落实,不过上述收购建议预计会在12月敲定。

发展总值逾139亿

上述计划有望巩固绿盛世国际在英国的曝光率,因为该公司能借此拥有约6700个住宅单位,以及面积可观的地皮,发展总值至少达25亿英镑(约138.62亿令吉)。

此外,双方也签署了框架协议,额外发展1500个单位的房屋,但发展总值未定。

综合而言,这会把绿盛世国际现有在伦敦中心的2500个住宅单位地皮,增加约8200个单位。

绿盛世国际执行副主席丹斯里刘启盛,通过文告表示,今天的宣布对绿盛世国际十分重大。

“考虑了许多提案后,我们对于能够和经验丰富的Willmott Dixon合作感到高兴,这能把我们在英国的曝光率提高四倍。”

除了能够累积即将推出的发展项目,项目地点及可负担的价格,也能让绿盛世国际在当地攫取显著的市占率。

开发12土地发展138.7亿项目.绿盛世国际扎根英主流产业

(吉隆坡9日讯)绿盛世国际(EWINT,5283,主板产业组)有意在英国开发12片土地,参与发展总值25亿英镑(约138亿7000万令吉)之6700间住宅产业项目,两大研究行联昌与马银行研究,异口同声认为可加强向英国主流产业市场扎根。

参与住宅产业规模飙约3倍

联昌研究正面看待这项企业发展,认为目前在英伦有22亿英镑2500住宅产业的绿盛世国际,参与的住宅产业规模显著飙约3倍至8200单位。

马银行研究认为这可让绿盛世国际持续渗透具强劲需求的英国国内主流市场,特别是伦敦的滨水社区计划(London City Island)2019年完成。

绿盛世国际周四一度涨4仙至1令吉零8仙,闭市报1令吉零4仙,平盘挂收。

绿盛世国际是与英国著名产业公司Willmott Dixon集团(简称WD)签初步联手协议,计划联手开发大伦敦区与英格兰东南部12片土地,将参与6700间住宅的发展项目,发展总值25亿英镑。绿盛世国际将收购项目地段的70%权益,并会购下WD发展管理臂膀的70%持股。

联昌相信,上述新投资可让绿盛世国际在英国产业市场扮演主要角色,因为潜在购屋者可从英国政府支援的60万英镑以下的拥屋计划受惠。

在英国协助购屋计划下,英政府为大伦敦区之住宅产业提供40%房屋净值贷款(Home Equity Loan),伦敦外围地区获20%类似贷款;上述贷款提供5年期免息便利。

联昌认为上述献议今年12月经董事部核准后正式生效,有关开发计划预期以近期首次公开售股(IPO)筹获资金结合贷款融资。

基于未获取很多详情,联昌等候12月获取更多详情前,维持绿盛世国际财测不变。

马银行则“中和”看待上述进展,在上述合作下所建住宅每单位约为500至800英镑。绿盛世国际的上述住宅产业,将在公开市场销售,或者也可进军私有公租房(BTR)市场。

行家建议:

我们正面看待上述建议,新增的12项目,将会让公司在英国市场的曝光率大增。

同时,上述收购也可使绿盛世国际在英国主流房市场扮演更重要的角色。该些项目大多都会定价在60万英镑(约331万令吉)以下,潜在买家将可受惠于当地政府帮助居民购房的政策。

另外,公司料将动用首次公开募股计划(IPO)所筹得款项,以及举债来融资上述收购计划。

我们维持对绿盛世国际的正面看法,并预计公司会在2018财年转亏为盈。虽然上述收购在近期内会加重成本负担,但长远来看对长期发展有利。

公司料会在12月公布上述计划所有详情。在这之前,我们维持“增持”评级,以及1.20令吉目标不变。

买下澳洲名校毗邻黄金地
绿盛世国际发展4.4亿住宅区

(吉隆坡24日讯)绿盛世国际(EWINT,5283,主板产业股)以3380万澳元(约1亿586万令吉)买下悉尼麦考瑞公园(Macquarie Park)的25间公寓,并再发展总值1.39亿澳元(约4.37亿令吉)的住宅为主项目。

绿盛世国际向交易所报备,旗下EcoWorld Macquarie周五与25个公寓单位业主,签署买卖期权协议。

根据协议,EcoWorld Macquarie可在最迟明年9月7日,行使购买期权,以3380万澳元或1亿586万令吉买下这些房产。

在行使买卖期权后,EcoWorld Macquarie将个别与卖家签署最终买卖协议。

根据澳洲法律,在2015年分层计划发展法令下,拥有至少75%分层计划比例的业主,能同意结束分层计划,这样一来该产业就能再发展或被脱售。

根据协议,该公司是购买30个单位之中的25个,相等于占84.2%;EcoWorld Macquarie可通过分层更新过程,来收购所有单位。

拟全购公寓单位

绿盛世国际有意与剩余5个单位的业主洽谈,以收购所有的公寓单位。

若收购剩余5个单位的价钱与其他25个单位相同,预计收购总代价是4000万澳元(约1亿2528万令吉)。

绿盛世国际表示,将尽快开始分层更新过程,并与其他5名业者洽谈。

住宅为主商业为辅

近科技园火车站商场

EcoWorld Macquarie计划将该地皮,再发展为以住宅为主及少数商用单位的项目。

绿盛世国际预计,会利用今年4月完成的首次公开募股资金及向银行贷款,来完成收购。

该项目位于悉尼麦考瑞公园的1-3 Lachlan大街,毗邻麦考瑞大学(Macquarie University)。

麦考瑞大学是澳洲10大顶尖大学之一,也是世界2%顶尖大学之一,每年吸引数千名国际学生就读。

符“在地化”品牌策略

此外,该地段也十分接近麦考瑞科技创新园区(简称MIPD)、麦考瑞大学火车站及麦考瑞购物中心。

绿盛世国际总裁兼总执行长拿督张良成在文告指出,能够将麦考瑞公园地段添加入澳洲项目组合感到高兴,因为该区增长迅速,且十分受悉尼人欢迎。

ECO WORLD INTERNATIONAL BERHAD (the "Company")-        ACQUISITION OF SHARE IN ECO WORLD BE CO LTD
The Company wishes to announce that Eco World Investment Co Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 23 November 2017, acquired one (1) share with the nominal value of GBP1.00 representing the entire issued and paid-up share capital of Eco World Be Co Ltd (“EW Be”), a company incorporated in Jersey, for a total cash consideration of GBP1.00 (“Acquisition”).

Following the Acquisition, EW Be became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Eco World Investment Co Ltd.

The above Acquisition does not have any effect on the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company and has no material effect on the earnings and net assets of the Company and its subsidiaries for the financial year ending 31 October 2018.

None of the directors and/or substantial shareholders of the Company, or persons connected to such director and/or substantial shareholder has any interest, direct or indirect, in EW Be.

(吉隆坡15日讯)绿盛世国际(EWINT,5283,主板產业股)今日正式与英国產业发展及建筑公司Willmott Dixon控股公司,签署股权买卖协议,该公司將分成2个阶段,收购后者子公司--Be Living控股公司的70%股权,而首阶段收购价为6490万英镑(约3亿5600万令吉)。
绿盛世国际执行副主席丹斯里刘启盛今日在媒体匯报会上表示,绿盛世国际將携手Willmott Dixon控股公司,在英国伦敦发展12项房產,相等于发展总值(GDV)26亿英镑(约140亿令吉)或8200间住宅单位的可负担房屋。

刘启盛认为,绿盛世国际在上述收购案完成后,將进一步成为当地最有名的发展商之一,因为该公司于英国的业务规模將可扩大4倍。

他说,绿盛世国际目前已于英国推出的高档房產房屋,每平方呎售价介于800英镑至1500英镑,而Be Living公司將推出的项目,位于伦敦周边的二、三线城市,每平方呎售价介于500英镑至800英镑,属于可负担房屋类型,因此也可满足不同市场的需求。

另外,绿盛世国际总裁兼首席执行员拿督张良成指出,该公司將分2个阶段收购Be Living公司股权(每阶段包含6个项目发展计划),以进一步提升该公司在英国的知名度和曝光率。

他透露,目前该公司的英国房產並没有受到英国脱欧的影响,而该国政府也积极推出帮助首购族和欲置產人士的措施,如政府提供占房价40%的5年免利息贷款、建议取消50万英镑以下房屋的印花税。

「我们將利用首次公开售股(IPO)所筹得的资金,支付首阶段收购费用。由于双方仍为第2阶段进行精密审核,因此收购价仍未拍板定案,但预计该公司將以部份IPO资金和银行借贷进行融资。」

他说,首阶段的买卖协议预计將在2018年首季完成。

亏损收窄销售超標

此外,绿盛世国际今天公布的2017財政年末季(截至10月31日止)亏损按年收窄四成,从前期凈亏5506万令吉,缩小至3256万令吉;营业额下跌85.25%,至2万7000令吉。

全年而言,该公司亏损按年锐减60.18%,至8763万令吉,前期亏损为2亿2009万令吉;营业额则减少28.55%,至48万8000令吉。

张良成称,绿盛世国际在2017財政年取得24亿2000万令吉的销售额,超越原定目標20亿令吉。因此,该公司的总销售额已从2016財政年的52亿9000万令吉,增至77亿1000万令吉。他將2018財政年的销售目標维持在20亿令吉(不包括Be Living公司首阶段6项房產的销售预测)。

同时,张氏表示,绿盛世国际將在2018財政年开始认列其房產营收,因此该公司业绩將转亏为盈。【东方网财经】

Reference is made to the announcement dated 8 November 2017 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition.

The Board of Directors of EcoWorld International wishes to announce that EcoWorld Be is proposing to enter into a joint venture with Be Living Holdings Limited to jointly develop 12 development projects located across Greater London and South East England. As part of the joint venture, EcoWorld International will also be acquiring Be Living’s development management business thereby gaining its own development management team in the United Kingdom.

The Proposed Acquisition is expected to be carried out in 2 stages namely, Stage 1 comprising 6 development projects (nearly all of which are at various stages of securing planning consent) and Stage 2 comprising another 6 development projects (mostly without planning consent).

Given that the acquisitions under Stage 1 are targeted to be completed by the first quarter of 2018, the purchase consideration for Stage 1 will be funded via the proceeds raised from EcoWorld International’s initial public offering (which was completed on 3 April 2017) (“IPO Proceeds”). This will result in a variation in the use of IPO Proceeds that was originally contemplated in EcoWorld International’s prospectus dated 9 March 2017.

已成交合约75.7亿
绿盛世国际去年销售77亿

(吉隆坡16日讯)绿盛世国际(EWINT,5283,主板产业股)指出,上财年累计销售达到77亿令吉。

绿盛世国际向马交所报备,截至2017年10月31日,已成交合约总值75.7亿令吉,保留单位总值1.47亿令吉。

根据文告,在完成收购Be Living住宅项目发展业务的70%股权,和Macquarie Park 的新项目之后,绿盛世国际将会在英国和澳洲,分别持有9个和3个项目。

另外,所有已推出单位的工程进展顺利,预计会在今财年交付London City Island第二期的两栋大楼,以及Embassy Gardens 第二期的一栋大楼。

绿盛世国际预计,在交付上述单位后,公司将会开始取得营运收入。

申请豁免获准

不过,绿盛世国际的会计政策列明,只有在已售产业的风险和报酬全盘转让给买家之后,公司才能将营业额入账。

因此,在完成项目和交付单位前,该公司将不会有任何营业额入账。而按照交易所的8.03A(2)(b)条列,凡营业额不达已发行资本的5%,将要被列入“受影响上市公司”行列。

为此,绿盛世国际向马交所申请不被列为“受影响上市公司”,另外也申请将联营公司的营业额纳入母公司账目,两项要求都已获得当局批准。【e南洋】

ECO WORLD INTERNATIONAL BERHAD ("ECOWORLD INTERNATIONAL")ANNOUNCEMENT PURSUANT TO PARAGRAPH 8.03A OF THE MAIN MARKET LISTING REQUIREMENTS OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD ("BURSA SECURITIES") ("LISTING REQUIREMENTS")
On 3 April 2017, EcoWorld International successfully completed its initial public offering and listing on the Main Market of Bursa Securities. Its core business involves property development outside of Malaysia with focus on the residential market in the United Kingdom and Australia.

EcoWorld International has achieved cumulative sales of RM7.7 billion from property development projects in the United Kingdom and Australia as at 31 October 2017*. Such sales attest to EcoWorld International’s capability to generate operating revenue upon completion of the respective property development projects. Furthermore, the construction of all launched blocks is progressing well and EcoWorld International is on track to achieve its maiden handover of 2 blocks within its London City Island Phase 2 project and 1 block of the Embassy Gardens Phase 2 project in the financial year ending 31 October 2018. At the same time, EcoWorld International is expected to generate operating revenue upon handover of the above residential units in the same financial year.

As disclosed in EcoWorld International’s initial public offering prospectus dated 9 March 2017, revenue from the sale of property in the United Kingdom and Australia from an accounting prospective can only be recognised by the subsidiaries and joint ventures of EcoWorld International when the risks and rewards of the property sold have been fully transferred to the purchasers. Accordingly, EcoWorld International will not recognise any revenue from the property development projects or share of profits (where applicable) until the physical completion and handover of vacant possession of the projects.

As a result of the revenue recognition method, EcoWorld International is precluded from complying with paragraph 8.03A(2)(b) of the Listing Requirements which states that a listed issuer may not have adequate level of operations when its business or operations generates revenue on a consolidated basis that represents 5% or less of the share capital based on its latest annual audited or unaudited financial statements.

After taking into consideration of all the facts and circumstances of the matter, including EcoWorld International’s property development model, sales secured and the contribution from the joint venture arrangements as well as the accounting treatment and recognition of the contribution from the joint venture arrangements, Bursa Securities has, vide its letter dated 15 January 2018, approved EcoWorld International’s application in respect of the following:

(i) variation in respect of Paragraph 8.03A(7)(b)(i) of the Listing Requirements such that the computation of EcoWorld International’s “revenue on a consolidated basis” for purposes of Paragraphs 8.03A(2)(b) and 8.03A(7)(b) of the Listing Requirements is to include the revenue of EcoWorld International’s joint ventures, calculated on a proportionate basis based on EcoWorld International’s equity holding in the joint ventures; and

(ii) waiver from being classified as an affected listed issuer pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A(2)(b) of the Listing Requirements based on EcoWorld International’s financial statements for the financial year ended 31 October 2017. As a listed issuer, EcoWorld International would still be required to assess compliance with Paragraph 8.03A of the Listing Requirements for the financial years ending 31 October 2018 and thereafter with the inclusion of EcoWorld International’s proportionate joint venture revenue in computing “revenue on a consolidated basis” as set out in item (i) above.

As part of its expansion and growth plans, EcoWorld International has been actively exploring new development opportunities in the United Kingdom and Australia and has announced 3 acquisitions in 2017. Upon completion of the acquisition of its 70% equity stake in Be Living’s residential development business and the new project in Macquarie Park, EcoWorld International will have 9 projects in the United Kingdom and 3 projects in Australia. This augurs well for its future growth prospects and the long-term viability of its business model as an international developer with a strong local presence in each of its target markets.

* Cumulative sales as at 31 October 2017 represent contracts exchanged of RM7.57 billion and reserved units of RM147 million.

绿盛世国际.联营业务料提前进账

(吉隆坡30日讯)绿盛世国际(EWINT,5283,主板产业组)最新收购股权英国联号Willmott Dixion集团(WD),初步6个新发展项目收购预测将在下个月完成,管理层透露有意将部份私有公租房(BTR)按栋脱售予机构投资者,有望提前收割获利。

马银行研究在投资大马大会上会晤管理层后表示,尽管英国联号公司细节依旧不多,但绿盛世管理层正在探讨按栋脱售该项目。

“如果该计划真落实,这将减轻绿盛世国际在工程期间的资产负债表负担。同时,这也降低未来新员工和市场营销成本。此外,在2018年交屋后,该公司也有望认列有关销售收入。”

根据相关项目第一期发展阶段,马银行估算该公司新收购联号可将每股重估净资产价值(RNAV)提高9仙。

在今年11月,绿盛世国际与WD签署初步协议,参与开发英国12片土地,发展多达6700间住宅房屋,发展总值更上探25亿英镑(约138亿7000万令吉)。绿盛世国际除了收购有关项目地段70%权益外,同时也一并收购WD旗下发展管理臂膀70%股权。

无意在证券市场筹资

另外,绿盛世国际也表示,在短期内无意在证券市场筹资,该公司更倾向透过举债,为进行中和新收购项目筹资。目前该公司手中资金依然充裕,手握8亿6300万令吉现金,折合每股现金为36仙。

在完成收购后,该公司剩余发展总值将从之前的65亿令吉,扩大一倍至130亿令吉,并且管理层仍积极在悉尼和墨尔本寻找新地库。

绿盛世国际也提高该公司2018年销售25%至25亿令吉,当中20亿令吉来自现有项目,余下5亿令吉则来自是70%持股英国联号。

由于仍在等待该公司公布更多新发展计划消息,马银行维持该公司评级“持有”不变,目标价为1令吉10仙。

This announcement should be read together with EcoWorld International’s announcement made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 15 December 2017 in respect of the Proposed Acquisition (“Stage 1 Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those used in the Stage 1 Announcement.

Reference is made to the announcement dated 8 November 2017 and 15 December 2017 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition.

The Board wishes to announce that the Stage 1 Acquisitions were completed on 16 March 2018 at around 8:00 p.m. London time (i.e. 17 March 2018 at around 4:00 a.m. Malaysia time), following the settlement of the provisional Stage 1 Consideration amounting to GBP63.76 million (equivalent to about RM348.47 million) (“Stage 1 Completion”).

外汇收益减 绿盛世国际首季净亏扩大

(吉隆坡29日讯)由于未实现外汇收益减少,绿盛世国际(Eco World International Bhd)首季净亏扩大。

绿盛世国际今日向大马交易所报备,截至1月杪2018财政年首季净亏1621万令吉,高于上财年同期的606万令吉。

首季营业额亦从32万7000令吉,大跌94.5%至1万8000令吉,因为产业发展收入将在今年第三和第四季完工并交付才可确认。

文告指出,2018财年首4个月,该集团取得2亿4300万令吉的销售,大部分来自伦敦项目。

“尽管伦敦黄金产业市场依然疲软,但中端主流市场的需求依然强劲。”

截至2月28日,该集团的有效未入账销售为58亿9000万令吉,其中一大部分将在London City Island和Embassy Gardens即将交付后,转为营业额。

“这将让集团在本财年确认首次盈利。”

该集团总裁兼总执行长张良成指出,绿盛世国际已将2018财年的销售目标从20亿令吉,提高至30亿令吉。
