请问您知道关于IWCity吗？ 我大致看了蓝图，
Terbau Coast 会发展到molek这一代，所以日后这apartment的屋价大概会很好吧~

这我不清楚，不过那天工作人员们有说将来那里都会有其他发展商的工程。时间就是金钱咯。能守的话，将来是很不错的。毕竟每年通货膨胀都会为我们的屋子增值。

大家好，我也是买了这边的屋子，在等他好，实在头痛，就剩一年就到期限了，但是也看进度，应该是至少还要两三年了，我买的是最里面较为便宜得700feet的最小的，，，，(不懂是block几)，希望一切顺利快点好，等着搬进去呢…特此进来留个脚印，日后若有什么事可以同心协力施压有关当局或发展商

FYI, I have contacted them few times to check about the construction progress status for Block B, Tmn Seri Molek Perdana. They feedback the progress is very slow and they have monthly meeting with the developer.

So, kindly log in your complaint and contact them. I hope more people will do that so that there is driving force to push for the movement of the project.

现在的发展商是cosmic?  跟SPNB还有关系吗？

Although developer now is Cosmic Master Sdn Bhd, all those formal communication letter with you is till under SPNB letter head. Hence, complaint shall be logged in under SPNB instead of Cosmic Master Sdn Bhd.
For future claim due to late hand over, I think we shall claim from SPNB also.

Perkara atas dirujuk, saya ingin mengetahui sebab-sebab pembinaan telah berhenti di tapak sejak saya menempah Pangsapuri Kos Sederhana pada bulan Mei 2011 hingga sekarang.
Saya percaya perhentian ini mungkin telah berlaku sebelum Mei 2011.

Untuk makluman tuan/puam, salah satu sebab saya membuat penempahan ini adalah disebabkan iklan daripada Cosmic Master Development Sdn Bhd yang menyatakan bahawa projek ini adalah di bawah SPNB, maka pembeli dapat terjamin bahawa rumah pasti dapat disiapkan dalam masa yang dijanjikan.
Saya terasa tertipu atas iklan begini yang tidak bertanggungjawab.

Selain itu, Taman Seri Molek Perdana masih dapat dicari di laman internet SPNB pada bulan Mei 2011 semasa saya melayarinya. Tetapi selepas itu, Taman Seri Molek Perdana telah tidak wujud di laman internet SPNB. Apakah telah terjadi kepada SPNB sedangkan banyak pembeli telah mula bimbang?

Saya berharap tuan/puan dapat menjawab keraguan saya secepat yang mungkin.

So far how many % have been paid by your loan bank to developer?
My one paid 65% 2 years ago. Up to now, no more payment from my loan bank. I don't know what happen.

Below website showing an agent is looking for cash buyer for 3 units of the apartments.

I think maybe the developer wants a cash flow to continue the construction.
Mean the developer got no limited cash flow now.

Yes, they got cash flow problem since last 2 year. The sales and marketing girl told me they have difficulty getting money from the bank, and they claim that some documents and  agreement still pending for approval. What action the KPKT take upon this case since you make a complaint? I doubt what action this government sector will take?

They said they got monthly meeting with Cosmic. You can try to call them.
