请问各位，现在的房产中介佣金是收2%还是3%？在雪隆区。因为有几个联络我，有些说收2%，有些就开口说要收3%！

房产仲介不能收超过3% ，当然也要看屋主给多少。
2或3 你们可以自己谈， 重要的是顺利卖出～

标准是3%，但不能超过3%，低过3%是算你便宜，好事。

通常是2%。。除非你急着卖而他又有买家

我不是很急着卖，是那个agent联络我说他有买主，问我可不可以扣和直接跟我说要3%的佣金，我就说之前也有个agent联络过我，而他说收2%吧了！所以我就有点乱所以就问下各位，免得我不懂得罪别人，其实第一个agent联络过后第一天和第二天都有带了三个买主来看，可是就谈不成。

This is very misleading. Nowadays there are so many channels to do advertisement and they are FREE!

500k 的屋子，2%佣金是 10k，3%佣金是 15k，基本上足够多了。

我觉得，关键在于你的价格是不是有竞争力，如果别人都卖500k，你卖400k，我相信即使你只给 1%佣金，也大把经纪抢着帮你卖。毕竟会很容易就卖出，基本上是白拿的钱，谁不想要。

You are the one who truly misleading... money is 1 thing, our transportation, our maintenance, sometimes we need to belanja buyer makan, our time with family, we follow up, telephone bill, internet bill, and etc etc, dont talk there with your own perspective only, try to be an agent, and u know what we feel and experience.. Thank you!!!!

iproperty，mudah登广告不用钱？印banner不用钱？transport fees等等等不用钱，co broke再分一下省多少钱？

正常都是收两percent。。。最多不超过3percent。

不用理会他收几多%，最重要是你想收回几多钱。
如果这个agent 收了3%，你能够高价卖出，无所谓啦

Read my post one more time, the key word "广告费”.

Someone was saying 1% not enough to cover advertisement. My comment was solely to debate on that statement.
