the person initially say want come but changed his mind suddenly.

semi-furnished unit with empty furniture, you need to bring your own matress, cloth cabinet/hanger, study table&chair, etc.

if you're mmu student, you must have your own transport to go to school, bicycle is minimum requirement, recommended motorcycle.

if you're Heriot-Watt student, I heard that your have school bus travel here. not sure the details, please ask ur school or your senior.

rental fee - 322.3

that is room rental fee only, not incl water/electric fee.
water fee basically rm0.
electrical fee around rm200-250 every month (becoz air cond sleep every night and water heater)
average rm30-40 per person.

internet maxis fiber 10mbps rm149
~rm23/person

contract until end of May next year.
1 year basis, renew every year.
(although you doesn't need to sign contract but still we will take deposit from you)
