他不是沒知識沒見識沒腦袋，而是不去想用而已。
話說，當一個人什麼都不用，會退化，包括腦袋。
最後就老謨（懵懂）。

Dear friends, tomorrow evening we are going to have a candlelight vigil at Mbpp dog pound at 7pm tomorrow 24th October. The issue "please let us rehome the dogs"  "please don't deny a Penang family the right to adopt a furry friend". The public have thus far been very supportive of this adoption campaign. Sometimes they come to the pound directly to adopt the animal. Most of the dogs are spayed and vaccinated prior to adoption and licensed upon adoption. Its a great service and over a hundred have been rehomed over the past year. We hope this program can continue, if not a poor family who wants to do the right thing to adopt a pet directly from the pound can't do it. Hope you'll come and show support for this


Please note that this is not a protest against MBPP. We must make this very clear. They are just following orders, they have jobs and responsibilities and families to feed. We just want to plead with the authorities who made this decision to please reconsider and not deny Penang its wish to adopt and rehome strays.
