（吉隆坡17日讯）马登（MATANG，0189，创业板）看好公司今年油棕种植业务，将继续保持强劲，因目前的原棕油价已突破每吨3000令吉。

马登独立非执行主席拿督郑建民说：“我们预计今年原棕油平均价格，会超过2700令吉。”

郑建民今天在上市鸣锣仪式后的记者会上说：“分析员预测，今年首季的棕油库存会比较低，以及美国承诺会提高生物燃料的使用率，有助确保棕油的需求，让种植业者获利。这些因素再加上政府的支持，将确保马登的前景充满希望。”

发售1.3亿新股

截至晚上7时闭市，原棕油期货报3159令吉。

马登今天上市马交所，首宗交易价为14仙，比13仙的发售价，溢价1仙或7.69%，成交量为3616万7900股。

该公司今年计划翻种16.4公顷种植地，以改善树龄及鲜果串产量。

通过首次公开募股，该公司公开发售1亿3000万新股，筹资高达1690万令吉，当中的900万令吉会用作未来5年购买种植地的肥料。

“未来两年，我们将购买高品质的Felda Yangambi发芽种子。”

根据过往的记录，Felda Yangambi发芽种子能生产更多鲜果串。该类种子所长成的油棕树，将结出榨油率更高的鲜果串，所以广受棕油商的喜爱。目前该公司的种植地，每公顷能生产24公吨鲜果串。

另外，马登也将首次公开募股所筹款项，用来改善园丘的道路设施和排水系统，以提高营运效率。马登的核心业务包括油棕园管理、鲜果串销售，以及产业投资控股。

上市仪式出席者包括交通部长兼马华总会长拿督斯里廖中莱、首相署部长兼马华署理总会长拿督斯里魏家祥博士、马登执行副主席拿督阙绥燊、执行董事黄清源、独立非执行董事廖荣和、池春晓、冯赐明、非独立非执行董事拿督陈德波、黄卿兴、拿督李煌治医生、刘粮福、拿督张秀福、庄保安、马华总财政丹斯里关炳顺以及马交所主席丹斯里阿米尔山。

闭市时，马登全天溢价1仙或7.69%，以14仙挂收，全日成交量达3亿391万4800股。

廖中莱：马登适时上市助大马保持最大棕油生产国

马华总会长拿督斯里廖中莱说，马登上市的时机很合适！

他解释，因为原棕油平均价格将回弹至每公吨3000令吉，而随着首相拿督斯里纳吉在去年10月前往中国，中国政府答应大幅度购买我国棕油。

“我有信心，随着马登的贡献，将协助保持马来西亚作为全球最大的棕油生产国。

他说，马登上市是马华兑现协助华裔商家的承诺。

他说，许多马华党员期待马登上市，马华会尽力协助马登，而这个第二次公开招股上市大马股票交易所，可谓是今年一个好的开始。

马登竞标彭亨油棕地榨油厂

（吉隆坡20日讯）马登（MATANG，0189，创业板）宣布，正竞标位于彭亨州劳勿2块占地4219.79英亩的油棕地皮，以及每小时产能达60吨的棕油榨油厂。

马登昨天向交易所报备，该公司已呈上投标申请给Raub Mining & Development Company私人有限公司，以及Raub Oil Mill私人有限公司。

上述地皮属于有期地契，预计投标结果会在今年7月19日出炉。

马登表示，公司预计将通过银行贷款或筹资活动来融资。

收购地皮及榨油厂活动，符合该公司扩展油棕业务的计划，预计对未来营业额及盈利带来正面贡献。【e南洋】

The Board of Directors of Matang (“Board”) is pleased to announce that Matang had on 19 April 2017 submitted a tender to Raub Mining & Development Company Sdn Bhd and Raub Oil Mill Sdn Bhd for the acquisition of 2 parcels of leasehold oil palm land measuring approximately 4,219.79 acres in total held under Lot No. PT 23120 and Lot No. PT 22468, Mukim Gali, Daerah Raub, Pahang and a 60-tonnes/hour palm oil mill in Raub, Pahang (“Proposed Land and Oil Mill”). The results of the Proposed Tender are expected to be received by 19 July 2017. The payment for the purchase consideration for the Proposed Land and Oil Mill shall be in cash, which is expected to be raised via bank borrowings and/or through fund raising exercises to be proposed by the Company. The acquisition of the Proposed Land and Oil Mill is in line with the Company’s plan to expand its oil palm operations which is expected to contribute positively to both the future revenue and profits of the Company. After due consideration of the rationale and prospects, the Board is of the opinion that the acquisition of the Proposed Land and Oil Mill is in the best interest of the Company. 马登向交易所报备，今天收到信函指竞标已经失败，早前支付的定金，也已在今天退还给公司。

马登是在4月19日宣布，正竞标位于彭亨州劳勿2块占地4219.79英亩的油棕园，以及每小时产能达60吨的棕油榨油厂。

当时，该公司表示，已呈上投标申请给劳勿矿业与发展公司，以及劳勿炼油私人有限公司。

马登预计通过银行贷款或筹资活动融资，同时认为，收购地皮及榨油厂活动，符合扩展油棕业务计划，相信可贡献未来营业额及净利。【e南洋】

马登1.8亿购劳勿油棕园

（吉隆坡18日讯）马登（MATANG，0189，创业板种植组）建议以1亿8000万令吉代价，收购劳勿占地4219.79英亩的油棕园。

该公司文告指出，该公司通过独资子公司——马登控股有限公司，向卖方劳勿矿业及发展有限公司及劳勿炼油厂有限公司发出意向信函，有意以1亿8000万令吉代价收购它们持有两块毗邻土地油棕园。

上述油棕园占地4219.79万亩或是1707.69公顷的油棕地，及一座每小时60公吨产能的炼油厂、及建筑、宿舍、工厂、机械、器材、车辆及库存等。

文告指出，卖方已接受有关的意向信函，该公司将进行精密审查及履行其他条款后，才正式签署买卖合约。

马登次季净利翻16倍

（吉隆坡13日讯）归功于鲜果串销量和赚幅增加，马登（MATANG，0189，创业板）在截至12月杪的2018财年次季，净利按年飙涨15.7倍。

马登向交易所报备，净利从2017财年同期的6万5000令吉或每股0.004仙，增加至108万7000令吉或每股0.06仙。

营业额也从去年同期的279万5000令吉，按年上扬31.4%，至367万3000令吉，受惠于鲜果串销量年增51.8%至6291吨。

马登在财报中指，虽然次季的鲜果串平均销售价为每吨584令吉，低于去年同期的675令吉，但该季的总盈利赚幅录得71.14%，高于去年同期的66.40%，推动净利表现。

3季赚252万

累计首6个月，净利录得251万5000令吉或每股0.14仙，按年上扬2.3倍；营业额得年升34.8%，至641万8000令吉。

展望未来，马登预计今年的鲜果串产量和整体业务表现会比去年来得好。

另一方面，截至次季为止，通过去年1月17上市筹集的1690万令吉资金，已运用了当中的539万1000令吉，剩下1150万9000令吉。【e南洋】
