砂州与国油谈判结果出炉，阿德南又立大功，

阿德南FB刚刚更新长文：

I had a meeting with the Prime Minister and Datuk Wan Zulkifli Wan Ariffin, CEO of Petronas yesterday at the Prime Minister’s Office in Putrajaya. We have these amicable agreements that:

1) The appointment of Sarawakian as a member of the board of directors of Petronas. The State Secretary will represent Sarawak.
2) The 192 posts now vacant are to be advertised in local papers and to be filled by Sarawakians. Petronas is to consult the State Government if no Sarawakian is suitable for the job.
3) Petronas will provide up to 50 places for Sarawakians to do undergraduate studies at University Technology Petronas.
4) Petronas will intensify Technical Training for Sarawakians and enroll more Sarawakians in their training centres throughout the country.
5) Petronas is committed to support two (2) Petrochemical Industries now under final negotiation. Petronas will also support other Petrochemical and downstream industries after the completion of the Joint Study on Petrochemical Industries with the state government.
6) Petronas together with Federal Government will consider the intention of State Government to participate in PSC contracts so that the state can benefit from the contracts.
7) Accepting the working plan by Petronas to increase the number of Sarawakians. The figures are to be achieved by 2020:
Management from 33% to 60%
Manager 41% to 60%
Executive 48% to 75%
Non-executive 95% to 95%
Total number of Petronas Employees in Sarawak:
SARAWAKIANS 3,880
NON-SARAWAKIANS 1,310
TOTAL 5,190
Total number of Sarawakians in Petronas outside Sarawak = 1,000.
After this the Subcommittee chaired by the State Secretary will review the issuance of work permit with a view to lifting some which are being freezed. The State will review all 586 positions now pending approval for work permit to ensure that Sarawakians are given priority to fill the posts.
With regards to royalty and other matters, that will be discussed later on.

呵呵酸民看到估计又要冷嘲热讽了，不管没关系，心水清的砂捞越人民自然会看到阿德南的用心良苦。

下届大选，行动党还要靠谩骂来争取砂捞越人的票？慢慢等吧呵呵

阿德南做得没错。

不过，我是不会去这间公司工作。竟然要砂拉越政府做些事情才肯雇用砂拉越人，也就是说根本就没有想过要雇用砂拉越人。做人要有骨气。既然人家没有心要雇用我们，那么就告诉他们不用麻烦了，不用勉强。

針對國油解僱砂拉越籍職員，砂首長丹斯里阿德南昨日與首相拿督斯里納吉及國油首席執行員拿督旺朱基菲爾展開一項商談會議后，達致多項友好協議。
其中，砂州務秘書丹斯里慕西迪將代表砂州受委成為國油董事局成員，同時目前國油招聘192個空缺將全由砂州人填補，且國油承諾將在2020年將砂州在該公司的管理人員、經理及行政人員數大幅度提高，包括管理層從33%提高到60%、經理從41%提高到60%及行政人員從48%提高到75%。
阿德南稱，這僅是第一階段的協議，砂州將繼續做出其他方面的爭取；至於石油開採稅則逐步協商。

撒撈月人口 佔 全馬人口 10%左右，國油 在 撒撈越 有 5000多名員工，1000多名是 撒撈越人， 已經是 20% 了，這樣的數額還不合理？？
